Notice is hereby given that The Leicestershire County Council proposes to construct two Raised Tables on Swepstone Road, Heather under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 at the following locations:-

Swepstone Road, Heather – 1 Raised Table 75mm high at the junction with Gadsby Road - 1 Raised Table 75mm high west of the junction with Sparkenhoe Estate

A copy of the proposals, together with a plan and an explanatory statement giving the Council's reasons for proposing to make the changes may be obtained upon request via the telephone number below, at the offices of North West Leicestershire District Council, Road, , LE67 3FJ and on the notice board of Swepstone Parish Council Documents can also be viewed online at https://www.leicestershire.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/cars-and-parking/traffic- management-consultations . If you wish to object to these proposals, you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to the undersigned quoting reference JM/HTWMT/4847 by Friday 19th March 2021.
