C. TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Supply of materials should be as per specification of the particular item. Any deviation should not be accepted. 2. Intending quotationers shall have to quote their rate in words and figures distinctly in the enclosed Price Schedule considering of all incidental charges, taxes and duties, if any. 3. The quotationers before quoting their rate should acquaint themselves with the site condition. 4. No extra claims will be entertained on the ground of site condition or any other reasons. 5. The work is to be completed within the stipulated time. 6. Successful quotationer will have to execute the Tender Agreement in specific W.B.F No. 2911(i)/(ii) form in Triplicate. 7. The Power of acceptance of quotation will rest with the Executive Engineer, Jhargram Highway Division, P.W(Roads)Dte, who does not bind himself, to accept any quotation or reject all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof. 8. No CONDITIONAL/ INCOMPLETE QUOTATION will be accepted under any circumstances. 9. Earnest money (@ 2% of Total Quoted Amount) should be submitted at the time of Formal Agreement in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of Executive Engineer, Jhargram Highway Division, P. W. (Roads) Directorate, Jhargram payable at Jhargram. 10. The executing agency (successful bidder) may not get a running payment. 11. No Mobilization Advance and Secured Advance will be allowed. 12. As per G.O. No. - 199-CRC/2M-10/2012, dated- 21.12.2012 0f P.W.D (C.R.C. Branch), Bidders shall not have to pay quotation Documents cost for purpose of participating in e-quotation only. However, during execution of formal agreement Price of quotation documents accompanied with the cost of 2911(ii) will have to be paid by the successful Bidder as per rule. 13. All taxes as per existing Government rules levied will be deducted from the bill for payment. 14. GST-2017 will be implied as per latest Government Order. No application will be entertained without valid 15 digit Goods & Services Taxpayers Identification Number (GSTIN) under G.S.T. Act 2017, as per Finance Department Govt. of W.B’s Audit Branch No. 4374-F(Y) dt 13.07.2017.
