Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of /Union Territory.

3 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidder's end.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

"The tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document KW-2."

"Only after ascertaining the yield from the source by the competent authority the further civil work such as pump and raising main should be executed.

"The material required for the work such as submersible motor, GI / PVC pipe should be of ISI mark.

The tenderer must complete the power supply work through Class-I electrical contractor registered with Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Bangalore.

The power supply work has to be executed under the supervision of Asst.Executive Engineer (Electrical), of concerned O & M Sub-Division/ A.E of Divisional Works unit.

The material should be ISI mark and approved quality of GESCOM and the purchase bill invoice and repayment of procurement should be produced on completion of work.

"The contract of electrical line/ equipment shall be got approved by Executive Engineer, (Electrical) (TAQC) Corporate Office GESCOM Gulbarga before commissioning. 13

The guarantee period of actual constructed line/ equipment will be one year from the date of commissioning/ handing over and if any defects/ troubles arises during the period of one year the cost of repair and replacement should borne by the tenderer.

Sub - leasing /G.P.A of work is prohibited.

"The Tenderer shall have valid class - I Electrical license/class - I KPWD / CPWD / MES License

"To qualify for award of this contract ,each Tenderer in his name should have in the Last five Years i.e., 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 & 2011-12 a) To Achieve in at least two financial years a minimum financial turn over of Rs.23.45 Lakhs … "

Satisfactory completion as a prime contract at least one similar work viz., LI Schemes/ Mini water supply etc., including power supply Rs.11.73 lakhs.
