The Avenue of Flags, now consisting of 41 flags, will be displayed from morning to dusk at the cemetery. Each flag has a marker identifying the veteran and the display can be viewed on foot or from a car. Chestnut Grove Cemetery is located at 831 Dranesville Road in Herndon.
