Itinerary Day 1 Frankfurt Arrival in Frankfurt and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore at your leisure. At first glance, Frankfurt impresses visitors with its modern skyscrapers; a close-up look also reveals a charming and pleasant city. Day 2 Frankfurt - Rüdesheim - St. Goar – Cologne In the morning you travel to Rüdesheim. Sightseeing tour of the historic city center. Boarding the ship, today’s cruise follows the most picturesque stretch of the Rhine, the Lorelei valley. After disembarking in St. Goar you continue to Cologne. Day 3 Cologne - Hamburg After breakfast we depart for Hamburg. Upon arrival you enjoya sightseeing tour of the city. Hamburg is known for its elegant historic boulevards, impressive port (the second largest in Europe) and famous St. Pauli neighborhood. Day 4 Hamburg – Berlin In the morning you have time to relax or explore the city. In the afternoon you travel to Berlin. Day 5 Berlin In the morning you visit Berlin’s many well-known historic locations, like Under den Linden avenue, the State Opera and the Brandenburg Gate. There will also be time to explore the modern parts of the city, such as the German Parliament and Potsdam Square. The afternoon is free to explore at your Day 6 Berlin - Potsdam - Erfurt After breakfast we travel to Potsdam where we visit the Sanssouci Palace and park. In the afternoon we continue to Erfurt, also known as “Thuringian Rome” because of its architectural beauty. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city and visit the Merchants‘ Bridge (Krämerbrücke), the longest series of inhabited buildings on any bridge in Europe. Day 7 Erfurt - Frankfurt In the morning you are free to explore Erfurt at your leisure. As an alternative you may also visit the Wartburg (not included). Return to Frankfurt. The program ends at Frankfurt Airport, around 6 pm. .
