1. COVID-19 REGULATIONS PLEASE REFER TO THE “COVID-19 READY GUIDE – MEN’S CO-SANCTIONED SUMMER SWING 2021” FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ON COVID-19 PROTOCOLS THAT WILL BE IN FORCE DURING THIS EVENT All Players, Caddies, Player Support Personnel, Tour Staff, Promoters, Event Contractors and other event participants are required to show 10-day symptom free tracking on the HealthDocs app and must report daily to the official screening station at the event prior to accessing the facilities • Add the HealthDocs event code 365326 to your profile as well as your caddie’s profile • Location of the Covid-19 screening station: Outside the Proshop and also near the driving range • All players and caddies will be required to undergo COVID-19 Antigen testing on first arrival at the golf course

2. PRE-QUALIFIER ( members only) Pre-Qualifiers MUST register before 10am on Sunday, 25 April via the Sunshine Tour App. Please select the pre-q tournament to register and not the main tournament. Date: Monday, 26 April 2021 Venue: ERPM Golf Club Registration: Players must register via the Sunshine Tour App, before 10am on Sunday 25 April. Practice round booking: Practice rounds must be booked directly with ERPM Golf Club +27 11 826 2467/8 Practice Date & Times: No official practice day is available. Players must contact ERPM Golf Club to make a booking pending availability in the weeks prior. A green-fee rate of R100 is payable Please note: No water will be provided on course for the Pre-Q. Distance Measuring Devices: DMD’s will be allowed during pre-qualifying (there will be no yardage books produced)

3. TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION SUNSHINE TOUR All Sunshine Tour members must register online by logging onto the Sunshine Tour app from 10am on Friday 23 April and by no later than 10am on Wednesday 28 April prior to the first round. Failure to register timeously will result in a player being withdrawn from the tournament.

EUROPEAN All European Challenge Tour members must register online by logging into their European Challenge Tour app from 12 noon on Sunday 25 April.

4. CADDIE REGISTRATION It is compulsory for players to use caddies and every player must register his caddie after withdrawal deadline on the Sunshine Tour or European Challenge Tour app respectively, only registered caddies will gain access to the venue. All caddies are required to show 10-day symptom free tracking on the HealthDocs app and must report daily to the official screening station at the event prior to accessing the facilities. Where caddies are unable to track their symptom on HealthDocs, their players must assist them with a caddie profile on the HealthDocs app. Players requiring a local caddie can contact the Caddie Manager: Ernest Guys +27 72 111 0968 or [email protected]. Players are strongly encouraged to enter into a written agreement with their caddies. Only registered caddies will gain access to the tournament venue.

5. TOURNAMENT FORMAT 72 holes of stroke play with a cut to 60 professionals and ties after 36 holes. If the cut after two rounds qualifies more than 78 players for the final 2 rounds, then the Tournament Directors may in his/her absolute discretion, introduce a further cut after 3 rounds to the leading 72 professionals and ties. The prize money breakdown will be unchanged, i.e. all professionals making the original cut will be paid in accordance with their position after 3 rounds. Exception: This will not be implemented if circumstances dictates that there is no re-draw between rounds 3 & 4.

6. PRO-AM Date: Tuesday, 27 April Time: From 08h00, 1st tee only Teams: 25 teams, one professional and three amateurs Format: 4 Ball Alliance, two scores to count Function: The Pro-Am prize-giving will be done online on Zoom @ 18h00 Amateur Antigen testing: All amateurs participating in the pro-am are required to produce a negative Antigen test before playing in the pro-am

7. PRACTICE TIMES Practice timesheets will be available at the tournament office at from Friday 10am. Players can also call their respective secretary to book a time from the Sunday. Sunday: COURSE and DRIVING RANGE CLOSED Monday: 08h30 from 1st tee only Tuesday: From 07h20 – 09h40 from the 10th tee (9 holes only) Behind last pro-am group from 12h10 from the 1st tee only Wednesday: 07h20 – 15h00 from 1st tee (tees close at 15h00) 07h20 – 09h00 from 10th tee (9-holes only) No fourballs permitted during practice rounds

8. PRACTICE RANGE OPENING TIMES Monday: 12h00 – 18h00 Tues & Wed: 06h20 – 18h00 Thu & Fri: 06h20 – 30 min after play Saturday: 1 hour before play to 30 min after play Sunday: 1 hour before play till last tee time

9. PLAYER & CADDIE LOUNGE Located inside and outside the Halfway House in the Clubhouse from Monday to Sunday. Very limited seating is available due to Covid-19 protocol restrictions. Please refer to section 10 of the “Covid-19 Ready Guide – Co-sanctioned Summer Swing 2021” for additional information and regulations regarding food & beverage service. It is recommended that you have either breakfast or lunch at your hotel/home and minimise your time spent at the course.

10. ON-COURSE PLAYER HYDRATION There is a bottled water sponsor for the event, but in order to manage the limited quantity there will be only 4 distribution points – on the tees of holes 2; 6; 11 & 15 For any additional requirements, players and caddies must provide for themselves

11. PHYSIOTHERAPY The physiotherapy unit will be located at the back section of the men’s locker room with a separate entrance on the left of the locker room entrance. Sessions will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. Towels and pillows will not be provided and players are expected to bring their own from their home/hotels. 12. TOURNAMENT OFFICE & NOTICE BOARD The Tournament office is located inside the Ladies Locker Room. Players are not permitted access to the Tournament Office. All notices will be published on the Sunshine Tour Members App within the tournament. Hard copies will be made available as well.

13. LOCKER ROOMS AND BAG STORAGE Due to Covid-19 restrictions lockers and bag storage facilities will NOT be available. Players are expected to keep their equipment at their hotel or in their car. The locker room can be accessed for ablution facilities (showers are closed) and limited space is available for player stretching exercises, keeping to a physical distancing of 2m in mind

14. SCORE RECORDING Located in the entrance section of the tournament office. Only one group allowed in the score recording area at any given time.

15. YARDAGE BOOKS Yardage books will be available from Monday morning, 26 April and can be collected from representatives of Mokhosi Golf who will be on site. Books can be paid online via www.mokhosigolf.co.za or players and caddies can pay via debit/credit card on site. No EFT or Cash payments will be accepted.
