TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF KLUB 11 3-Day Shopathon (K11 Art Mall) – Reward Redemption 18 September to 20 Septmber 2020

1 Applicable Activity By participation in the activity organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“KLUB 11”) as set out in clause 2 below (the “Activity”), a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the activity.

2 The details of Activity Activity: KLUB 11 3-Day Shopathon – K11 Art Mall From 18 September to 20 Septmber 2020 (the “Promotion Period”), KLUB 11 member (“Member”) may redeem the following reward (“Reward”) on the date of transaction upon: (i) reaching the designated same-day Spending Requirement at the relevant Spending Time Period on the Designated Floors of K11 Art Mall as specified herein below; and (ii) submitting the corresponding Eligible Receipts (with a maximum of 4 Eligible Receipts and the related electronic payment slips issued by different merchants at K11 Art Mall, excluding spending by K Dollar(s) and any gift voucher(s)) at the Redemption Location during the corresponding Spending Time Period.

The reward redemption session of 8:00pm to 9:59pm on 19 Sep 2020 (Sat) and 20 Sep 2020 (Sun) will be using a quota system. A total of 100 quota tags will be distributed from 7:00pm onwards on the redemption date, KLUB 11 Members must get a quota tag at Piazza, K11 Art Mall on a first come first served basis. For those Members with Quota Tag No.1-10, they must go to the Redemption Counter on G/F together with the eligible receipts and electronic payment slips of spending made during 8:00pm-9:59pm on the redemption date to redeem a MacBook Air. And for those Members with Quota Tag No.11-100, they can redeem a Dyson Re-engineered Supersonic HD03 (19 Sep 2020)/Apple Watch (20 Sep 2020).

3 Redemption Restriction

During the Promotion Period, each KLUB 11 member is only entitled to redeem the Reward once per each Spending Time Period.

KLUB 11 Members must redeem the Rewards at the corresponding Redemption Location within the Spending Time Period as specified above. The Spending Time Period will be based on the date and time as shown on the electronic payment slips.

4 Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity 4.1 Terms Used 4.1.1 “Eligible Receipt” means an original machine-printed receipt or hand-written receipts issued by a merchant at K11 Art Mall on the date of redemption for an Eligible Transaction. KLUB 11 does not accept any photocopies receipts and reserves the right not to accept any receipts that KLUB 11 suspects to be invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any need for explanation. 4.1.2 “Eligible Transaction” means a consumer transaction paid by Electronic Money between anyone and a merchant at K11 Art Mall but excludes:

(a) Any single spending below HKD50; (b) Purchase of any kinds of membership(s); (c) Purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards(Ruby Tuesday excepted); (d) Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets; (e) Payments using K11 gift vouchers or Octopus; (f) Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards; (g) Currency exchange; (h) Any transaction at K11 MUSEA, Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, K11 Atelier (including Victoria Dockside & King’s Road) and Rosewood Hong Kong; (i) Any transactions at Victoria Playpark and Yan Toh Heen;; (j) Any bank transactions; (k) Charity donations; (l) Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and (m) Any other transaction between the Member and any participating merchant as specified by K11 LP from time to time (with or without prior notice).

4.1.3 “Electronic Money” means credit cards, debit cards and Octopus cards. 4.1.4 Other terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the KLUB 11 Program Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Place of Redemption The Redemption of the Reward set out above shall be redeemed at the Redemption Location as set out in Clause 2 hereinabove.

4.3 Copying Eligible Receipts KLUB 11 has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption and keep the electronic copies for audit purpose.

4.4 Marking on Eligible Receipts KLUB 11 has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption. The Eligible Receipt marked by KLUB 11 cannot be used again for redeeming gifts/rewards from other promotions.

4.5 Verification of Identity Member shall present his or her valid membership card for inspection at the time of redemption.

4.6 Limited Stock The number of daily quota for each Reward is as set out in Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions and are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

4.7 Photos for reference only The photos of the Rewards are for reference only.

4.8 No Exchange The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.

4.9 No Liability KLUB 11 is not the provider of the Rewards and KLUB 11 shall not be liable for the quality of the goods and services provided herein and any replacement or refund thereof. KLUB 11 also does not warrant that the Rewards are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purpose. KLUB 11 disclaims all liability in relation to the Rewards. The participants in the Activity shall waive all his/her rights and interest, if any, of any natures to pursue against KLUB 11.

4.10 Termination of the Activity KLUB 11 has the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the Activity at any time without any prior notice.

5 General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity 5.1 Amendment KLUB 11 has the right to amend any these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

5.2 Interpretation KLUB 11 has the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of KLUB 11 will be final and binding on all parties concerned.

5.3 English Version Prevails The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version will prevail.

5.4 Governing Laws These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

1. 適用活動每位參與 K11 Loyalty Program Limited（“KLUB 11”）舉辦下述第2 條的活動（“活動”）的參與者將被視為已閱讀、理解及同意適用於活動的條款及細則。

2. 活動詳情活動: KLUB 11 60 小時 Shopathon 獎賞換領- K11 購物藝術館由 2020 年 9 月 18 日至 9 月 20 日期間（“活動期”），KLUB 11 會員(“會員”)於消費當日: (i)在下列消費時段於 K11 購物藝術館指定樓層消費滿指定金額；並 (ii) 遞交相應的合格收據（最多 4 張由 K11 購物藝術館不同商户發出之商戶收據及相應之電子貨幣付款存根，不包括 K Dollar 及任何禮券作消費之金額)，即可於相應之消費時段在換領地點換領以下獎賞 (“獎賞”)。

3. 換領限制活動期間，每位KLUB 11 會員於每個消費時段只能換領獎賞一次。 KLUB 11 會員須於以上特定的消費時段內到相應的換領地點換領獎賞。消費時段將以電子貨幣付款存根上之日期及時間為準。

4. 適用於活動的特別條款及細則 4.1 定義 4.1.1 “合格收據”是指 K11 購物藝術館商戶於換領日就當天合格交易發出的一張機印收據正本或手寫的收據。KLUB 11 不接受任何影印的收據或支付憑據。KLUB 11 有權拒絕接受任何懷疑是無效的、偽造的或虛假交易產生等原因的收據或支付憑據，且毋須作任何解釋。

4.1.2 “合格交易”是指任何人與K11 購物藝術館的商戶之以電子貨幣付款的交易，但不包括: (a) 單筆支出低於港幣50 元； (b) 購買任何種類的會籍; (c) 購買現金券、禮品卡或優惠券、儲值卡或預付卡(Ruby Tuesday 除外)； (d) 購買表演/活動/展覽入場券； (e) 使用 K11 現金券或八達通進行支付； (f) 為八達通卡、儲值卡或預付卡增值； (g) 貨幣兌換； (h) 在K11 MUSEA、凱悅酒店、K11 ARTUS 、K11 Atelier (包括 Victoria Dockside 及 King’s Road)和香港瑰麗酒店進行的任何交易； (i) 在Victoria Playpark 和欣圖軒進行的任何交易； (j) 任何銀行交易； (k) 慈善捐款； (l) 任何帳單支付（包括但不限於電訊或公用事業帳單支付）；及 (m) 會員與任何參與商戶之間的由KLUB 11 不時指定的任何其他交易（不論事先通知與否）。

4.1.3 “電子貨幣”指信用卡、借記卡及八達通卡。

4.1.4 其他沒有在本條款和條件中定義的條款與 KLUB 11 獎賞計劃條款及細則所作的定義具有相同的涵義。

4.2 換領地點獎賞換領於上述第2 條所列之換領地點進行。

4.3 複製合格收據 KLUB 11 有權將每張提交予KLUB 11 作換領獎賞的合格收據複製成電子版本，並保留該電子版本用於審計目的。

4.4 於合格收據上做標記- KLUB 11 有權於每張提交予 KLUB 11 作換領獎賞的合格收據上做標記。該等已標記的合格收據不可再次用於其他推廣換領任何禮品/獎賞。

4.5 核實身份 KLUB 11 會員於換領時，須出示其有效會員卡，以核實身份。

4.6 數量有限本條款及細則的第2 條列明獎賞每日的限額。先到先得，換完即止。

4.7 圖片只供參考

獎賞的圖片只供參考，一切以實物為準。

4.8 不可兌換獎賞不可兌換現金或其他禮品。

4.9 不承擔責任 KLUB 11 不對獎賞為可銷售品質或適合任何目的作保證，亦不對獎賞提供任何更換或退款KLUB 11 不對獎賞承擔任何責任，而活動的參加者須放棄其追究KLUB 11 的所有權利及利益（如有）。

4.10 終止活動 KLUB 11 有權隨時終止活動，而毋須事先通知。

5. 適用於活動的一般條款及細則 5.1 修改 KLUB 11 有權隨時修改本條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。

5.2 解釋本條款及細則的解釋權歸KLUB 11。如有任何爭議，以KLUB 11 對相關方作出的最終決定為準。

5.3 以英文版本為準本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以英文版本為準。

5.4 適用法律本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

6 Applicable Activity By participation in the activity organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“KLUB 11”) as set out in clause 2 below (the “Activity”), a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the activity.

7 The details of Activity Activity 1: K11 Art Mall Shopathon – 10X KLUB Points From 18 to 20 September 2020 (the “Promotion Period”), KLUB 11 Gold Card Member or above (the “Member”) who spends HKD50 or more (excluding any spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical / electronic gift voucher(s)) via electronic payment methods at any Designated Merchants at K11 Art Mall, will be rewarded 10X KLUB Points by successfully registering any Eligible Receipts.

Activity 2: PICK 11 Merchants With reference to the existing PICK 11 Promotion in place at K11 Art Mall, a Member who spends HKD50 or more (excluding any spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical / electronic gift voucher(s)) via electronic payment methods at the designated merchants at K11 Art Mall (the “PICK 11 Merchants”) during the Promotion Period will be rewarded the usual double KLUB Points and an additional 9 times KLUB Points (i.e. total 11X KLUB Points), by successfully registering any Eligible Receipts. 8 Redemption Restriction During the Promotion Period, each Member is entitled to earn a maximum of 450,000 Bonus KLUB Points per day at K11 Art Mall under the Activity.

9 Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity 9.1 Terms Used 9.1.1 “10X KLUB Points” shall mean the amount of the basic KLUB Points and an extra 9 times the amount of the basic KLUB Points.

Example: A Member who spends HKD200 (excluding any spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical / electronic gift voucher(s)) at K11 Art Mall by successfully registering any Eligible Receipts will earn 200 basic KLUB Points and 1,800 Bonus KLUB Points, which is 2,000 KLUB Points in total. This is equivalent to 2,000/200, i.e. 10 times the amount of the basic KLUB Points.

9.1.2 “11X KLUB Points” shall mean the amount of the basic KLUB Points, an extra 1 time the amount of the basic KLUB Points under the PICK 11 Promotion and an extra 9 times the amount of the basic KLUB Points under this Activity.

Example: A Member who spends HKD200 (excluding any spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical / electronic gift voucher(s)) at one of the PICK 11 Merchants from K11 Art Mall will earn 200 basic KLUB

Points, 200 Bonus KLUB Points under the PICK 11 Promotion and 1,800 Bonus KLUB Points under this Activity, which is 2,200 KLUB Points in total. This is equivalent to 2,200/200, i.e. 11 times the amount of the basic KLUB Points.

9.1.3 “Bonus KLUB Points” shall mean the amount of the extra KLUB Points awarded beyond the basic KLUB Points.

9.1.4 “Designated Merchant(s)” refers to the designated merchants in which a Member can earn Bonus KLUB Points by successfully registering any Eligible Receipts. A list of the Designated Merchants can be found here.

9.1.5 “Eligible Receipt” means an original machine-printed receipt issued by a Designated Merchant at K11 Art Mall (which should contain a minimum spending of HKD50, excluding spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical / electronic gift voucher(s)) on the date of redemption for an Eligible Transaction. KLUB 11 does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts and reserves the right not to accept any receipts that KLUB 11 suspects to be invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any need for explanation.

9.1.6 “Eligible Transaction” An “Eligible Transaction” means a consumer transaction paid by electronic payment methods between the Member and a merchant at K11 Art Mall, excluding the below transactions and at designated merchants:

a) Any single spending below HKD50; b) Purchase of any kinds of membership(s); c) Purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards (except for purchase of prepaid cards at Ruby Tuesday); d) Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets; e) Payments using K11 gift vouchers ; f) Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards; g) Currency exchange; h) Any transaction at Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, K11 Atelier (including Victoria Dockside & King’s Road) and Rosewood Hong Kong; i) Any transactiontransactions at Victoria Playpark and Yan Toh Heen; j) Any bank transactions; k) Charity donations; l) Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and m) Any other transaction between the Member and any participating merchant as specified by KLUB 11 from time to time (with or without prior notice).

9.1.7 Other terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the KLUB 11 Programme Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Credit of Bonus KLUB Points Bonus KLUB Points earned under the Activity will be credited to Members’ accounts within September 2020, and

shall expire on 31 December 2020.

4.2 Copying Eligible Receipts KLUB 11 has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption and to keep the electronic copies for audit purpose.

4.3 Marking on Eligible Receipts KLUB 11 has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to KLUB 11 in the course of redemption/reward. The Eligible Receipt registered under this Activity and/or marked by KLUB 11 cannot be used again for participating in the Activity or for redeeming any other KLUB Points or any other gifts or privileges in other promotional activities being held in K11 Art Mall.

4.4 Verification of Identity Member shall present his or her original valid Gold Card or above membership card / e-membership card for inspection at the time of redemption/reward.

4.5 No Exchange The Bonus KLUB Points can not be exchanged for cash or other gifts.

4.6 Cancelled Transactions If the transaction for participating in the Activity is subsequently cancelled or reversed for whatever reasons, KLUB 11 has the right to deduct from the Member’s account the relevant KLUB Points rewarded/redeemed from the said transaction.

4.7 No Liability KLUB 11 does not warrant that the products and services offered by the individual merchants or redeemed by the participants in the Activity are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purpose, KLUB 11 disclaims all liability in relation to such products and services. The participants in the Activity shall waive all his/her rights and interest, if any, of any nature to pursue against KLUB 11.

4.8 Termination of the Activity KLUB 11 has the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the Activity at any time without any prior notice.

5 General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity 5.1 Amendment KLUB 11 has the right to amend any these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

5.2 Interpretation KLUB 11 has the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of KLUB 11 will be final and binding on all parties concerned.

K11 購物藝術館3-Day Shopathon – 10 倍 KLUB 積分 (2020 年9 月18 日至 20 日) 之條款及細則 6. 適用活動每位參與 K11 Loyalty Program Limited（“KLUB 11”）舉辦下述第2 條的活動（“活動”）的參與者將被視為已閱讀、理解及同意適用於活動的條款及細則。

7. 活動詳情活動 1: K11 購物藝術館Shopathon – 10 倍 KLUB 積分由 2020 年 9 月 18 日至 20 日（“活動期”），KLUB 11 金卡會員或以上（“會員”）於 K11 購物藝術館之指定商戶以電子消費滿港幣 50 元或以上（以 K Dollar 及/或 K11 禮券或電子禮券消費之金額除外），並憑該等合格收據於活動期內成功登記積分，可享10 倍KLUB 積分。

活動 2: PICK 11 商戶 K11 購物藝術館正進行PICK 11 活動，若會員於活動期內在K11 購物藝術館之指定商戶(“PICK 11 商戶”) 以電子消費滿港幣50 元或以上（以K Dollar 及/或K11 禮券或電子禮券作消費之金額除外），並憑該等合格收據於活動期內成功登記積分，會員除可賺取恆常雙倍 KLUB 積分之外，並可於是次活動中獲額外 9 倍 KLUB 積分（即11 倍KLUB 積分）。詳細有關PICK 11 活動，請按此參閱。

8. 換領限制活動期內，每位 KLUB 11 金卡會員或以上每日可於K11 購物藝術館獲得最多 450,000 額外 KLUB 積分。

9. 適用於活動的特別條款及細則 9.1 定義 9.1.1 “10 倍 KLUB 積分”是指基本的KLUB 積分及額外 9 倍KLUB 積分。例子: 會員在本活動中於K11 購物藝術館商戶消費港幣200 元（以K Dollar 及/或K11 禮券或電子禮券作消費之金額除外），並憑該等合格收據成功登記積分，可享 200 基本 KLUB 積分及 1,800 額外 KLUB 積分，總共2,000 KLUB 積分。這等於2,000/200，即10 倍基本 KLUB 積分。

9.1.2 “11 倍 KLUB 積分”是指基本的KLUB 積分、PICK 11 活動中獲取1 倍KLUB 積分及是次活動中獲取額外 9 倍KLUB 積分。例子: 會員在K11 購物藝術館之PICK 11 商戶消費港幣200 元（以K Dollar 及/或K11 禮券或電子禮券作消費之金額除外），並憑該等合格收據成功登記積分，可享基本200 KLUB 積分、PICK 11 活動賺取額外 200 KLUB 積分及是次活動中賺取額外 1,800 KLUB 積分，總共 2,200 KLUB 積分。這等於 2,200/200，即 11 倍基本 KLUB 積分。

9.1.3 “額外 KLUB 積分” 是指會員於是次活動中除基本KLUB 積分外，額外獲得的KLUB 積分。

9.1.4 “指定商戶”是指會員於指定商戶消費並憑該等合格收據成功登記額外 KLUB 積分。詳細有關指定商戶列表，請按此參閱。

9.1.5 “合格收據”是指 K11 購物藝術館指定商戶於換領日就當天合格交易發出的一張機印收據正本 (每張收據金額為最少港幣50 元，以K Dollar 及/或K11 禮券或電子禮券作消費之金額除外）。 KLUB 11 不接受任何影印或手寫的收據或支付憑據。KLUB 11 有權拒絕接受任何懷疑是無效的、偽造的或虛假交易產生等原因的收據或支付憑據，且毋須作任何解釋。

9.1.6 “合格交易” 與 “指定商戶” “合格交易”是指任何人與K11 購物藝術館之以電子貨幣付款的交易，但不包括以下交易及所列名之指定商戶: a) 單筆支出低於港幣50 元； b) 購買任何種類的會籍; c) 購買預付產品、現金券、禮品卡或優惠券、儲值卡或預付卡(Ruby Tuesday 除外)； d) 購買表演/活動/展覽入場券； e) 使用 K11 禮券進行支付； f) 為八達通卡、儲值卡或預付卡增值； g) 貨幣兌換； h) 在凱悅酒店、K11 ARTUS 、K11 Atelier (包括 Victoria Dockside 及 King’s Road)和香港瑰麗酒店進行的任何交易； i) 在Victoria Playpark 和欣圖軒進行的任何交易； j) 任何銀行交易； k) 慈善捐款； l) 任何帳單支付（包括但不限於電訊或公用事業帳單支付）；及 m) 會員與任何參與商戶之間的由KLUB 11 不時指定的任何其他交易（不論事先通知與否）。

9.1.7 其他沒有在本條款及細則中定義的條款與KLUB 11 獎賞計劃條款及細則所作的定義具有相同的涵義。

9.2 額外 KLUB 積分存入於是次活動期內所獲得之額外KLUB 積分將於2020 年9 月份內存入會員之KLUB 11 帳戶內，而額外積分之到期日為 2020 年12 月31 日。

9.3 複製合格收據 KLUB 11 有權將提交予KLUB 11 的合格收據複製成電子版本，並保留該電子版本用於審計目的。

9.4 於合格收據上做標記 KLUB 11 有權於每張提交予KLUB 11 作獎賞/換領禮品的合格收據上做標記。該等在本活動下已登記及／或標記的合格收據不可再次用於本活動或其他推廣/活動換領任何禮品。

9.5 核實身份 KLUB 11 會員於換領/獎賞時須出示其有效之金卡或以上會員卡/電子會員卡，以核實身份。

9.6 不可兌換額外 KLUB 積分不可兌換現金或其他禮品。

9.7 取消交易無論因為任何原因，若原用於參與活動的交易隨後被取消或撤銷，KLUB 11 有權從該會員的賬戶中扣除所有由該交易換領的相應KLUB 積分。

9.8 不承擔責任 KLUB 11 不對由個別商戶提供或參加者就活動所換領的產品及服務為可銷售品質或適合任何目的作保證。 KLUB 11 不對該等產品及服務承擔任何責任，而活動的參加者將放棄其追究 KLUB 11 的所有權利及利益（如有）。

9.9 終止活動 KLUB 11 有權隨時終止活動，而毋須事先通知。

10. 適用於活動的一般條款及細則 10.1 修改 KLUB 11 有權隨時修改本條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。

10.2 解釋本條款及細則的解釋權歸KLUB 11。如有任何爭議，以KLUB 11 對相關方作出的最終決定為準。

10.3 以英文版本為準本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以英文版本為準。

10.4 適用法律本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF K11 Art Mall 3-Day Shopathon – Lucky Draw

1. Applicable Activity By participating in the lucky draw titled “K11 Art Mall Shopathon – Lucky Draw” organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“K11”) as set out in clause 2 below (the “Lucky Draw”), a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Lucky Draws.

2. Details of the Lucky Draws (a) Eligibility to Participate in Lucky Draws Lucky Draws are only available to KLUB 11 Pre-Members, Gold Card Members, Black Card Members and Black Vantage Members (the “Participants”) from 12:00 noon on 18 September 2020 to 9:59pm on 20 September 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).

Lucky Draws will be conducted on a daily basis in K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon (the “Mall”) during the Promotion Period. The schedule of the Lucky Draws is as follows:

The Participants shall make same-day Eligible Transaction during any of the Lucky Draw Session and submit the relevant Eligible Receipt(s) during that particular Lucky Draw Session in order to be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws.

The Participants shall register the same-day Eligible Transaction(s) via “K11 HK” Mobile App, K11 HK WeChat account, Koncierges in the Mall (on G/F and 3/F of the Mall) or Sales Ambassadors of the Mall. A push notification will be sent after each Lucky Draw Session via “K11 HK” Mobile App to the Participants who have registered the Eligible Transaction(s) about their participation in the Lucky Draw(s). Eligibility of the Participants who registers the same-day Eligible Transaction(s) and submits the Eligible Receipts via “K11 HK” Mobile App or K11 HK WeChat will not be verified by K11 until he/she has been drawn as the winner of that particular Lucky Draw Session.

(b) KLUB 11 Member Registration

(i) Pre-Member Pre-Membership in Hong Kong is offered to individuals who make a single purchase reaching HK$50 at either K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall.

(ii) Gold Card Member Gold Card Membership in Hong Kong is offered to individuals who make a same-day purchase of HK$5,000 or an accumulated spending of HK$8,000 in 30 days at K11 MUSEA and/or K11 Art Mall.

(iii) Black Card Member Black Card Membership in Hong Kong is offered to individuals who make an accumulated spending of HK$120,000 in 30 days or a total of HK$300,000 in 12 months at either K11 MUSEA and/or K11 Art Mall.

(iv) Black Vantage Member By invitation only.

(v) Member Registration Method Visit KLUB 11 Koncierge on 3/F of K11 Art Mall with the original computer printed merchant receipt(s) and respective payment slip(s).

(d) Joining the Lucky Draws (1) K11 will check the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Lucky Draws before announcing the winning Participant.

(2) To participate in the Lucky Draw of each Lucky Draw Session, each Participant must: (i) make Eligible Transaction(s) at the Mall during the Lucky Draw Session; and (ii) Register his/her Eligible Transaction(s) within the same Lucky Draw Session.

(3) There is one winning Participant (“Winner”) in each Lucky Draw Session. The prize (“Prize”) illustrated in the below tables will be given out in terms of KLUB Points based on the Winner’s membership tier at the time of registering the relevant Eligible Transaction to participate in the Lucky Draw. Details of the Prizes are listed as follows:

Below is an example on the mechanism of the Prize:

Assume a Participant who is a Gold Card Member has made an Eligible Transaction during 2:00pm-3:59pm at K11 Art Mall and registered the Eligible Transaction during the same Lucky Draw Session. If he/she is being drawn as the Winner, he/she will be entitled to 10,000 K Dollars.

(4) The Lucky Draw will be conducted at the Time of Draw as set out in Clause 2(a) of these Terms and Conditions. The Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system of K11.

(5) Results of the Lucky Draw will be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 28 September 2020. Each Winner will be notified by telephone call and by email within 3 working days as per the registered email address with K11.

(6) Prizes which are in terms of KLUB Points will be credited to Winners’ KLUB 11 membership account by 2 October 2020 and such KLUB Points will expire on 31 December 2020. K11 is not responsible for any loss of value due to possible change of the KLUB 11 Membership tier at the time of actual usage of K Dollar under the Prize.

3. Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Lucky Draw (a) Terms Used

(1) Electronic Payment “Electronic Payment” means transaction by credit cards, debit cards, Android Pay, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay payment slip, Quick Pass and Octopus cards.

(2) Eligible Receipt An “Eligible Receipt” means: i. a machine-printed and valid receipt issued by a merchant of the Mall for an Eligible Transaction (as defined hereinbelow). Such receipt shall be issued during the relevant Lucky Draw Session and on the same date as the Eligible Transaction takes place; and ii. a relevant Electronic Payment slip bearing the name of the person seeking to register for a Lucky Draw Session. K11 does not accept any copies or hand-written receipts and reserves the right not to accept any receipts that K11 suspects to be invalid, forged, issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any

explanation.

(3) Eligible Transaction An “Eligible Transaction” means a consumer transaction paid by Electronic Payment between the Participant and a merchant at the Mall but excludes: i. Any cash payment; ii. Any single spending below HK$50; iii. Purchase of any kinds of membership(s); iv. Purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards (Ruby Tuesday excepted); v. Purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets; vi. Payments using K11 gift vouchers; vii. Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards; viii. Currency exchange; ix. Any transaction at K11 MSUEA, Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, K11 Atelier (including Victoria Dockside & King’s Road) and Rosewood Hong Kong; x. Any transactions at Victoria Playpark and Yan Toh Heen; xi. Any bank transactions; xii. Charity donations; xiii. Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and xiv. Any other transaction between the Participant and any merchant at the Mall as specified by K11 from time to time (with or without prior notice).

(4) Other terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the KLUB 11 Programme Terms and Conditions.

(b) Copying Eligible Receipts K11 has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to K11 in the course of redemption and to keep the electronic copies for audit purpose.

(c) Marking on Eligible Receipts K11 has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to K11 in the course of redemption. The Eligible Receipt marked by K11 cannot be used for redeeming other prize or offers again.

(d) Personal Data All personal data collected by K11 from Participants will only be used for all purposes relating to the Lucky Draws and will not be used for any other purposes without the consent of the Participant.

(e) No Exchange All Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. The Prizes are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

(f) No Liability K11 does not warrant that the Prizes are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purposes. K11 disclaims all liability in relation to the Prizes, and the Winners shall waive all his or her rights and interest, if any, of any natures to pursue against K11.

(g) Exclusion of the Employees of Merchants and K11 To ensure fairness, the employees of K11 and the staff of the merchants in the Mall who are wearing company uniform or wearing their staff card at the material time cannot participate in the Lucky Draw.

4. General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Lucky Draws

(a) Interpretation K11 has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of K11 shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

(b) English Version Prevails The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

有關 K11 購物藝術館 3- Day Shopathon – 幸運抽獎之條款及細則

1. 適用活動每位參與由K11 Loyalty Program Limited（“K11”）舉辦下述第2 條名為 K11 購物藝術館 3-Day Shopathon – 幸運抽獎（“抽獎”）的參加者將被視為已閱讀、理解及同意適用於抽獎的條款及細則。

2. 抽獎詳情 (a) 參加抽獎的資格抽獎只限 KLUB 11 普通會員、金卡會員、黑卡會員及Black Vantage 會員參與（“參加者”）。抽獎活動期為 2020 年9 月18 日下午 12 時至 2020 年9 月20 日晚上 9 時59 分（“活動期”）。

活動期內，抽獎將於每天在九龍尖沙咀河內道18 號K11 購物藝術館進行。抽獎時間表如下：

參加者須透過「K11 HK」流動應用程式、香港K11 微信公眾帳號、禮賓部 (K11 購物藝術館地下或 3 樓) 或 K11 購物藝術館的銷售代表登記合格收據。每次抽獎時段截止後，已登記合格交易的參加者將會透過「K11 HK」流動應用程式收到推送通知，通知他們已參與抽獎活動。K11 不會驗證已登記當日合格交易及透過「K11 HK」流動應用程式或香港K11 微信公眾帳號提交合格收據之參加者的資格，直至參加者被抽出成為該抽獎時段的得獎者。

(b) 登記成為 KLUB 11 會員 (i) 普通會員一般顧客只需於K11 購物藝術館或 K11 MUSEA 同日單一消費滿港幣 50 元便可登記成為普通會員。

(ii) 金卡會員一般顧客只需於K11 購物藝術館及／或 K11 MUSEA 同日消費滿港幣 5,000 元或於30 天內累積消費滿港幣8,000 元便可登記成為金卡會員。

(iii) 黑卡會員一般顧客只需於 30 天內於 K11 購物藝術館及／或 K11 MUSEA 累積消費滿港幣 120,000 元或於 12 個月內累積消費滿港幣 300,000 元便可登記成為黑卡會員。

(iv) Black Vantage 會員

只限個別被邀請人士。

(v) 登記方法憑有效收據到KLUB 11 禮賓尊區 (K11 購物藝術館 3 樓)，填妥會員申請表格並登記商戶機印發票正本及相關付款收據。

(d) 參加抽獎 (1) 宣佈得獎者前，K11 會檢查參加者的抽獎資格。 (2) 參加每個抽獎時段的抽獎的參加者應當： (i) 在其中一個抽獎時段內於K11 購物藝術館作合格交易；並 (ii) 於同一抽獎時段內登記該合格交易。

(3) K11 購物藝術館於每一節抽獎時段都會有一名得獎者（“得獎者”）。下表中列出的獎品（“獎品”）將以 KLUB 積分的形式發出，並根據得獎者參加抽獎時登記相關合格交易時之會員級別計算。獎品詳情如下：

(4) 抽獎將按照本條款及細則第2(a)條所標明的抽獎時間進行，以K11 電腦系統隨機抽出得獎者。

(5) 得獎名單將於 2020 年9 月28 日公佈於星島日報及英文虎報。K11 將根據得獎者於KLUB 11 登記的電話號碼及電郵地址於3 個工作天內發送得獎通知。

(6) 涉及 KLUB 積分的獎賞將於2020 年10 月2 日之前登記入得獎者的 KLUB 11 會員帳戶內，而此 KLUB 積分將在 2020 年12 月31 日到期。K11 不會承擔任何有關KLUB 11 會員等級更改以導致影響K Dollar 實際使用的價值損失。

3. 適用於抽獎的特別條款及細則 (a) 定義 (1) 電子貨幣 “電子貨幣” 指信用卡、借記卡、Android Pay﹑Apple Pay﹑Samsung Pay﹑WeChat Pay﹑拍住賞﹑支付寶﹑ 銀聯閃付的支付憑據及八達通卡簽賬。

(2) 合格收據 “合格收據”是指： i. K11 購物藝術館商戶於當天合格交易發出的有效機印收據正本。該收據應在相關的抽獎時段以及合格交易當日發出；及 ii. 印有抽獎時段的參加者的姓名的相應電子貨幣支付憑據。 K11 不接受任何影印或手寫的收據或支付憑據。K11 有權拒絕接受任何K11 懷疑是無效的、偽造的或虛假交易產生等原因的收據或支付憑據，且毋須作任何解釋。 (3) 合格交易 “合格交易”是指參加者與K11 購物藝術館的商戶以電子貨幣付款的交易，但不包括以下任何一項： i. 任何現金付款 ii. 單筆支出低於港幣50 元； iii. 購買任何種類的會籍； iv. 購買任何預付產品、現金禮券、禮品卡或贈券、儲值卡或預付卡(Ruby Tuesday 除外)； v. 購買表演/活動/展覽入場券； vi. 使用 K11 禮券進行支付； vii. 為八達通卡、充值卡或預付卡增值； viii. 貨幣兌換； ix. 在K11 MUSEA、凱悅酒店、K11 ARTUS 、K11 Atelier (包括 Victoria Dockside 及 King’s Road)和香港瑰麗酒店進行的任何交易； x. 在Victoria Playpark 及欣圖軒進行的任何交易； xi. 任何銀行交易； xii. 慈善捐贈； xiii. 任何帳單支付（包括但不限於電訊或公用事業帳單支付）；及 xiv. 參加者與K11 不時指定的任何K11 購物藝術館的商戶（不論事先通知與否）之間的任何其他交易。 (4) 本條款及細則中未定義的條件應與KLUB 11 計劃中的條款及細則含義相同。
