RHS Wellness Reminder Catching Up with Ridgewood High School As a reminder to all RHS students, the teachers, administra- tion and the Student Life Team are here for you so please do not hesitate to reach out if you have a question, are experiencing a problem or need help and guidance with any issue at all. During a normal school day students are en- couraged to seek out help from anyone on the Student Life Team which consists of RHS Guidance Counselors, Grade Advisors, the Health Services Office, Mental Health Team, and Child Study Team.
