Kelly, MAI, SRA, Senior Managing Director Brian Kelly is a certified general appraiser in Pennsylvania and holds the MAI and SRA professional designations. Mr. Kelly has been actively engaged in real estate since 1990 in the field of real estate valuation and consulting as well as ownership of investment real estate. He has a broad range of experience in valuation and analysis of all types of real estate, including, but not limited to, self storage, golf courses, apartments, hotels/motels, offices, flex facilities, warehouses, shopping centers, mixed use properties, vacant land, institutional properties and special purpose properties. He has provided expert testimony in court regarding a wide variety of property types. Prior to joining Integra Realty Resources, Mr. Kelly was a principal with Kelly Rielly Nell Barna & Associates in Pittsburgh. Anthony Barna, MAI, SRA, CRE, Managing Director Anthony Barna holds the MAI and SRA designations and is a certified, general appraiser. Mr. Barna was trained as a biomedical engineer at Boston University and has a graduate degree in finance from Duquesne University. While practicing as an appraiser, he taught as an Adjunct Professor of real estate topics at Duquesne University. Mr. Barna currently serves on the Appraisal Review Panel and holds the CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate. William Rielly, Jr., MAI, Managing Director William W. Rielly, Jr. holds the MAI designation and is a general certified appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has an undergraduate degree with a major in economics from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. After practicing law, he began his appraisal career in 1990.
