Quarter 7 Duplicate Removal Process Guidance Total number of records submitted via the web tool (ie Stroke / All records (of any diagnosis) for patients who arrived at hospital TIA / Other) between 1 October 2012 and 31 December 2013 which were locked on the SINAP web tool by 21 January 2013. Number of stroke records submitted via the web tool As above, except that stroke was the diagnosis (as opposed to TIA/Other). Total number of records after cleaning (ie duplicate removals) Records assumed to be duplicates are those that have all of the following fields identical: hospital, date of patient arrival at hospital, gender, age and diagnosis. This may mean that some records that were not real duplicates are removed, but this is proportionally only a small number of those removed, whereas the vast majority will be duplicates. This has been identified as the most appropriate method for removing duplicate records. The proposal provides a modern but locally distinctive design which also raises no significant highways safety, ecological or flood risk concerns and does not raise any significant concerns in terms of the impact of the development upon the living conditions of neighbours. The comments from neighbours and the Parish Council are considered within this report, however the proposal accords with the policies in the development plan and represents a sustainable from of development. The 1896 Oarsman’s Guide was uncompromising: “Its course is entirely through a manufacturing district with the usual unpleasant surroundings. Volunteers from the Peak Forest Canal Society, the Inland Waterways Association, and (latterly) the new Waterway Recovery 2 Group set about bringing the canal back to life. -

Bridgend Centre Walks January – June 2017 Essential Information All walks start at 10:15am unless otherwise stated. It is £3.00 per walk – includes tea, coffee and biscuits at the end of the walk. The Wednesday walks vary in difficulty & length each week and so we have a ratings system to provide information on the difficulty of each one which is detailed in the key at the bottom of this sheet. If you are unsure of your level, try a short and easy walk first. You can also have a chat beforehand with any of the Bridgend staff to get information on what the terrain may be like. Please bear in mind that the conditions underfoot will vary depending on the weather. Please wear suitable footwear, clothing and equipment. It is also advisable to bring a drink on the walks as we normally have one five minute stop. We also have a longer walk on the first Saturday of most months (marked in blue). Please bring a packed lunch with you on these walks as they are expected to finish at approximately mid-afternoon. Dogs are welcome to join us on most walks, but should always be kept on a lead. If dogs are not allowed on any of the walks, it will be indicated on the walk information (for example if we go on a path where they are not allowed). All those talking part do so at their own risk. Appendix 4 Detailed proposals for each Ward – organised by Local Area Partnership (LAP) Proposed Wards within the Knutsford Local Area Partnership Knutsford Local Area Partnership (LAP) is situated towards the north-west of Cheshire East, and borders Wilmslow to the north-east, Macclesfield to the south-east and Congleton to the south. The M6 and M56 motorways pass through this LAP. Hourly train services link Knutsford, Plumley and Mobberley to Chester and Manchester, while in the east of this LAP hourly trains link Chelford with Crewe and Manchester. The town of Knutsford was the model for Elizabeth Gaskell's novel Cranford and scenes from the George C. Scott film Patton were filmed in the centre of Knutsford, in front of the old Town Hall. Barclays Bank employs thousands of people in IT and staff support functions at Radbroke Hall, just outside the town of Knutsford. Knutsford is home to numerous sporting teams such as Knutsford Hockey Club, Knutsford Cricket Club, Knutsford Rugby Club and Knutsford Football Club. Attractions include Tatton Park, home of the RHS Flower show, the stately homes Arley Hall, Tabley House and Peover Hall, and the Cuckooland Museum of cuckoo clocks. In detail, the proposals are: Knutsford is a historic, self-contained urban community with established extents and comprises the former County Ward of Knutsford, containing 7 polling districts. The Parish of Knutsford also mirrors the boundary of this proposal. Knutsford Town is surrounded by Green Belt which covers 58% of this proposed division. The proposed ward has excellent communications by road, motorway and rail and is bounded to the north by Tatton Park and to the east by Birkin Brook. -
