1. Prospective figures reflect the renewables that we have either owned or contracted to provide. Actual figures may vary according to resource availability. We will annually report to you before April 1 of next year in the form of a Historical Product Content Label the actual resource mix of the electricity you purchased. Historical figures reflect the power delivered to Austin Energy Community Solar program customers in 2020. 2. New Renewables come from generation facilities that first began commercial operation within the past 15 years. For comparison, the mix of generation supplying Austin Energy for FY 2020 includes: (18.0%), Nuclear (24.0%), (16.0%), Renewables (41.0%). This resource mix was prepared from actual power generation from Austin Energy owned/purchased generation resources. The average home in the Austin area uses about 1000 kWh per month based on Austin Energy’s analysis.
