All showing classes in Ring 1 - 7 are qualifiers for TSR Wales & South West Riders & In Hand Championships to be held at the SWPA Show at the David Broome Event Centre, near Chepstow in September. Riders placed 1st or 2nd in these classes can collect qualification cards from the judges: the 2 highest placed have their card signed by the Judge. NB It is the handler’s responsibility to bring the card. Cards are available from the TSR website. For more information on The Showing Register, go to www.theshowingregister.co.uk

The Committee shall not be in any way responsible for loss, injury or damage to any exhibit, exhibitor, or other persons, vehicles or property on the show field or when entering or leaving the Show field. . No refunds will be made for withdrawals from any class UNLESS you or your horse/pony have been advised to withdraw by a steward or other Show official . Ages as on day of show; not child under 14 may ride or lead a stallion . Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times: please clean up after your dog . BHS Standard hard hats must be worn with harness fastened when mounted . Please warm up your horses in a sensible manner and not around spectators . No galloping on the field . The Judge’s decision is final. If you wish to make an objection please see the Secretary as soon as possible after the class. A £5 fee will be charged . Classes will be announced over the loudspeaker. It is YOUR responsibility to listen out for your class: please be in the correct ring, on time and wear the right number . Please do not leave any litter on the show ground and do not muck out onto the field
