(read below) Grand Prix Region Box Tour to Ft Irwin U.S. Army National Desert Training Center Friday — March 31, 2017 (only 15 spots available) The Box is the training area at the Army's National Train- ing Center at Fort Irwin, north of Barstow. We will begin with a briefing by the Commanding General then tour simulated Middle Eastern Villages complete with Arabic speaking re-enactors that may act friendly or not to the soldiers undergoing training. Simulated IED attacks with Hollywood like pyrotechnics will be encountered. All train- ing is electronically monitored to provide suggested im- provements to the troops when their training rotation is over.
