1953 - 2003 weston woods® elebrating CC 50 Years of Bringing Books to Life n a little log cabin in the back woods of Weston, Connecticut, IMorton Schindel became fascinated with picture books while reading to his children. He wanted to do more than read these books though; he wanted to bring them to life. At that time, the idea of animating children’s books was unknown.
