Usher Concert

Usher is coming to Edmonton on November 30th with the UR Experience tour in support of his upcoming album “UR.” He will be performing along with August Alsina, DJ Cassidy, Maroon 5, and Adam Levine. This international tour stops in several countries including United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, France, and United Kingdom; and a total of 27 North American cities including Washington, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

Usher’s music career has been on an upward trajectory since he first broke onto the scene at the tender age of 14. He is one of America’s reigning kings of R&B and has successfully crossed over to the pop charts with his last few albums. He is best known for his riveting ballads, Michael Jackson-inspired dance moves, sensual lyrics, and broad vocal range.

Usher has won a total of eight Grammy awards including Best R&B Vocal Performance Male “U Remind me (2002)”, Best R&B Vocal Performance Male “U Don’t Have to Call (2003)”, Best Album of the Year “Confessions (2005)”, and Best R&B Performance “Climax (2013).” In year 2012, his song “Climax” remained the top song of Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for 11 weeks, and his album “Looking 4 Myself” earned the first spot in Billboard's albums chart. He has won several other awards such as Music of Black Origins Award, MTV Australia Music Award, and Glamour Award. Recently, he has been nominated for the 2015 Favourite R&B Artist Award.
