Dear Prayerful Hearts, September Birthdays Years ago my friend handed a license plate with the numbers “666”. I recoiled in fear. She shrugged her shoulders and said, “It’s just another number.” This was the time of Star Wars Defense System against Armageddon to be brought on by the Russians. My head was full of images influenced by the books The Illuminati and The Stand. The end of the world was predicted and I remember hoping it was true as I had a Math test after lunch. I sit with great anxiousness and trepidation along with other parishioners in Susan Fehringer 3rd Sacred Heart basement and study the book of Revelation with Phillip Zimmerman and Jeff Cavins. I Judy Armbruster 5th didn’t know until then that the book of Revelation is a letter to the Church that we all should read th Amy Borgmann 7th and understand.
