OUR OPINION A very big deal t was a mere formality on an already light agenda, but man, did it matter. I The County Commission last night officially accepted a $10.2 million grant to construct a wastewater treatment plant east of Lake City. We have written about this project repeatedly, with good reason. On many levels — not the least of which is the warming of relations between city and county officials that it signals — this project holds the key to growth in that sector and beyond. We now have the money firmly in hand, thanks to outgoing Gov. Rick Scott. We are deeply grateful. As the soon-to-be senator says, let’s get to work. CHAOS ON ALL FRONTS
