Customer service update

New online services TMR has launched a number of new online services that will save you time. There is no need to call or come in to a Centre to find out how many demerit points you have, get a traffic history report or to replace your licence (for smartcard licences only) – you can now do it all online. Customers are also now able to record their email address and mobile phone/SMS number. These details will be used to send an Online Access Code, allowing customers easier access to its online services which require a higher level of security such as requesting a replacement driver licence. A customer can request an Online Access Code by contacting the Call Centre on 13 23 80 or attending a Customer Service Centre to have their e-Contact details recorded. Once the customer has met the necessary identification requirements, the operator can issue an Online Access Code to the customer via their email address. TMR’s online services allow you to securely complete a range of services anywhere, anytime. For further details about its online services, please visit the website at www.tmr.qld.gov.au.
