B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA Gradiška (BIH-HR): • 6 freight vehicles on BiH exit, waiting time 30 minutes. • Waiting time on BiH entry 1 hour. • Jams at the customs terminal Gradiška. Rača (BIH-SRB): • 15 freight vehicles on BiH exit. • 10 freight vehicles on BIH entry. • 20 vehicles at the terminal that are waiting for veterinary or phytosanitary checks. As of Sept 12, 2020 all foreigners may enter Bosnia and Herzegovina provided that they have a negative PCR test for coronavirus, not older than 48 hours. Entry into BiH without presenting a negative test for SARS-COV-2 is allowed to citizens of Montenegro, Republic of Serbia and Republic of Croatia, when they enter BiH directly from the states of which they are citizens as well as their minor children and spouses who are citizens of other countries. ALBANIA • H. Hotit (MNE): waiting time on entry 1 hour (5 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (6 vehicles). • Durres (ITA): waiting time on entry 2 hours (17 vehicles), no vehicles on exit. • Morine (XK): waiting time on entry 1 hour (2 vehicles), waiting time on exit 1 hour (4 vehicles). • Q.Thane (MKD): waiting time on entry 3 hours (11 vehicles), no delays on exit. • Kapshtice (GR): waiting time on entry 1-2 hours (16 vehicles), waiting time on exit 30 minutes (1 vehicle). • Kakavia (GR): waiting time on entry 2 hours (13 vehicles), no delays on exit. Entrance is allowed to all foreigners. Starting November 11, a ban on leaving homes is introduced from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.; all restaurants and bars will be closed, the measures are valid for 3 weeks with a weekly review and possible more stringency. DAILY REPORT 17.12.2020. CROATIA • Bregana border crossing: no delays on entry and no delays on exit. • Macelj border crossing: waiting time on entry 1 hour and waiting time on exit 1 hour. • Bajakovo border crossing: waiting time on entry 2 hours, and waiting time on exit 2 hours. • Tovarnik border crossing: no delays on entry, and waiting time on exit 2 hours. On the A3 Bregana – Lipovac between the Jankomir and Sv. Nedelja junctions in the direction of Bregana traffic is conducted on the service lane with a speed limit of 60 km/h. The A7 Rupa-Šmrika junction BC, during the night between December 16 and 17 from 10 p.m. to 05 a.m., will be closed for all traffic in the segment from the Hreljin junction to Šmrika junction in both directions, and between December 17 and 18 in the same period a segment of the state road DC 404 will be closed from the Vežica junction until the A.K. Miošić intersection , i.e., to the junction with the Adriatic Highway DC8. On A1 Zagreb-Split-Ploče, until December 30, due to the reconstruction of the Dabar bridge, in the direction of Zagreb, traffic will be open in both directions on the right side of the road (Dubrovnik direction), with a speed limit of 80 km/h. The Vrpolje - North rest area (direction Zagreb) will be closed. On the Krk bridge (DC102) there is alternating traffic with 30km/h speed limit until December 20. There are works on the Istrian Y: between the Cerovlje and Vranje junctions (A8), driving is carried out with temporary traffic regulation and restrictions. The Dvor and Vitaljina BC's are open only for passenger traffic and for personal vehicles. Traffic ban for cargo vehicles and buses at Gunja BC (due to the instability of the bridge). All persons from Croatia who are travelling to Italy and Austria must have a negative COVID - 19 test not older than 72 hours upon entry, or should be tested within 48 hours of entering Italy. Transit through Italy and Austria is currently not limited and does not require a negative COVID - 19 test. As of August 15, all Croatian citizens entering Serbia must have a negative PCR test not older than 48 hours, which includes transit through Serbia as well. As of September 1, only three border crossings between Hungary and Croatia are open: Duboševica-Udvar, Terezino Polje-Barcs (only for Croatian and Hungarian citizens) and Goričan- Leteneye. Hungary closes the borders for all passengers who don't have a residential address in that country. The entry is only allowed for so-called justified cases . SLO VENIA SLO-CRO border crossing: • Obrežje: no delays on entry and no delays on exit. • Gruškovje: no delays on entry and no delays on exit. ITA-SLO border crossing: • As of April 19, arranging freight vehicle convoys is no longer required to enter CRO at Obrežje border crossing nor travelling in convoys through CRO. Subsequently, the Slovenian police has stopped arranging convoys at checkpoints with Italy (Fernetti and Italy). SLO-HUN border crossing: • An agreement has been reached regarding the passengers crossing SLO-HUN borders. It is the second country after Croatia, where SLO borders are fully open. SLO-AUT border crossing: • As of June 5, restrictions are lifted on passenger flow Austria-Slovenia. On the A2, Ljubljana – Karawanks (Karavanke), the Karawanks (Karavanke) tunnel in the direction of Ljubljana, the tunnel is occasionally closed , border control on the SLO side. Also, on the same highway near the Jesenice West connections in the direction of Ljubljana, occasional traffic delays. New instructions for international transport drivers that are returning from Serbia or BiH to SLO over weekend by a car. Besides usual documentation, it is now necessary to have a statement containing data on the company, driver, day and hour of departure, plate number and direction where the next tour out of SLO is headed. It is important that from the moment of entry in SLO till the moment of exiting SLO there is no more than 6 hours. There are new rules for entering Slovenia: the earlier quarantine for the neighboring countries that are on the red or orange list is replaced with a negative test for Covid-19, and there is no quarantine when entering SLO. MONTENEGRO Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • 16 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 3 hours. 1 truck waiting on exit, waiting time 15 minutes. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival at the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists. Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • 3 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 30 minutes. No delays on exit. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive at border crossing. • No quarantine. Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • 9 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 50 minutes. No delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine. Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • 5 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 40 minutes. No delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine. On the following link you can find additional traffic updates: https://amscg.org While it is obligatory to have a test result to cross the border, passengers will not be able to enter Montenegro from Bosnia and Herzegovina through the border crossing Šćepan Polje - Hum, on the road Plužine - Foča.
