REBECCA MERCER IS BACK WITH THE WOLFPACK “The Wanneroo Basketball Association & Vlad Alava, Head Coach of the Merriwa Tavern Joondalup Wolves, are pleased to announce that our 2010 & 2011 MVP, Rebecca Mercer, has returned to Perth and has committed to the Wolfpack for the 2015 WSBL Season.” Rebecca left Perth at the end of the 2011 WSBL season in which she averaged 17 points, 3 rebounds & 3 assists in her MVP season. “Rebecca gained valuable experience in the WNBL & SEABL in her 3 years over east. Rebecca played 3 seasons of WNBL. Rebecca played the 2011/12 season with the Townsville Fire, followed by a move to Melbourne, she played for the Dandenong Rangers in season 2012/13 & 2013/14.
