Sealed tenders in printed form specified below are invited for the following work from bonafide P.W.D. and eligible contractors and others as per G.O. and as per the particulars given in Annexure-I.

Tenders will be received by the Assistant Engineer, Malbazar N. H. Sub-Division, P. W. (Roads) Dte., Malbazar, Dist. (West Bengal).

Detailed Notice Inviting Tender Specifications, terms and conditions, schedule of items etc. may be seen in the office of the undersigned on every working day except holidays between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Intending tenderersshall have to produce up to date clearance of GST, Professional Tax, No Objection Certificate from A.R.C. and Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque or Cash at the time of submitting application for purchase of Tender Forms.

Earnest money will be received in the Form of Bank Demand Draft Draft in favour of the Executive Engineer, N.H. Division No.IX., P.W. (Roads) Dte., Matigara, , Dist: .

Each and every intending tenderer who will be allowed to purchase tender papers should without any exception drop his tender duly quoting his rate. Any deviation from this will make the tenderers liable to be debarred from purchasing tender paper in future and or to such measure as the case may be as per rule.

Intending tenderers shall obtain the tender documents in advance to guard any complication due to possible absence of the Officer inviting tender from the Head Quarters. Intending tenderers will be required to produce documents of credentials regarding their past experience, financial ability and special aptitude for the type of work for which the tender has been called for to the satisfaction of the Assistant Engineer, MalbazarN.H.Sub – Division, Public Works (Roads) Dte., Malbazar, Dist.
