REPORTS OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE - PRESENTATION OF: 2. SENATOR WALID IQBAL, Chairman, Standing Committee on Human Rights, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to establish an effective system of protection, relief and rehabilitation of women, children, elders and any vulnerable person against domestic violence [The Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Bill, 2021]. 3. SENATOR WALID IQBAL, Chairman, Standing Committee on Human Rights, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for the well-being, comfort and dignity of the senior citizens residing in the Islamabad Capital Territory [The Islamabad Capital Territory Senior Citizens Bill, 2021]. MOTION [Under Rule 263] 4. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs, to move under Rule 263 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, that the requirement of Rule 120 of the said Rules regarding notice period, be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bills at Order No.5 to 8. LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS 5. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to re-organize the Federal medical teaching institutes and teaching hospitals thereof [The Federal Medical Teaching Institutes Bill, 2021], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration. 6. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to re-organize the Federal medical teaching institutes and teaching hospitals thereof [The Federal Medical Teaching Institutes Bill, 2021], be passed. 7. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to re-organize and create the National Institute of Health [The National Institute of Health (Re-organization) Bill, 2021], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration. 8. MR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to re-organize and create the National Institute of Health [The National Institute of Health (Re-organization) Bill, 2021], be passed. 2 9. SHEIKH RASHID AHMED, Minister for Interior, to move that the Bill further to amend the Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) Act, 2020 [The Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) (Amendment) Bill, 2021], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration. 10. SHEIKH RASHID AHMED, Minister for Interior, to move that the Bill further to amend the Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) Act, 2020 [The Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) (Amendment) Bill, 2021], be passed. 11. SENATOR DR. MUHAMMAD FAROGH NASEEM, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that the Bill to amend the Enforcement of Women’s Property Rights Act, 2020 [The Enforcement of Women’s Property Rights (Amendment) Bill, 2021], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration. 12. SENATOR DR. MUHAMMAD FAROGH NASEEM, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that the Bill to amend the Enforcement of Women’s Property Rights Act, 2020 [The Enforcement of Women’s Property Rights (Amendment) Bill, 2021], be passed. M O T I O N 13. Further consideration of the following motion moved by Mr. Shaukat Fayaz Ahmed Tarin, Minister for Finance and Revenue, on 11th June, 2021:- “That the Senate may make recommendations to the National Assembly on the Finance Bill, 2021, containing the Annual Budget Statement, as required under Article 73 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.” MOHAMMAD QASIM SAMAD KHAN Secretary Islamabad, the 17th June, 2021. .
