He will hold the portfolio of National Food Security and Research, as allocated by the Prime Minister in terms of rule 3(4) of the Rules of Business, 1973. 2. Mr. Muhammad Hammad Azhar, Industries and Production Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Division No. 2-6/2018-Min.I(ii).— In terms of clause (3) of Article 92 of thwe Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President has been pleased to accept the resignation tendered by Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui from the office of Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication, with immediate effect. No. 2-7/2018-Min-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 93 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has been pleased to aapoint Mr. Zaheer-ud-din Babar Awan as Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs, with the status of Federal Minister, with immediate effect.
