On Thursday Saskatoon Blades, ending an 11-game stretch evening, Max Paddock stopped 20 shots as the Raiders without a goal. His last goal came on March 27 shut out the Saskatoon Blades 4-0. Ozzy Wiesblatt had a against the Moose Jaw Warriors. The goal also goal and an assist in the win. Terrell Goldsmith, Landon extended the Calgary product’s point streak to Kosior, and Justin Nachbaur also found the back of the four games.

    The Story Coming In The Medicine Hat Tigers were bested 4-0 by the Brandon Wheat Kings on Tuesday night and they will look to return to their winning ways tonight when they host the Moose Jaw Warriors. The Orange and Black are 14-7-1-0 overall and 6-2-1-0 at home. Medicine Hat is led by veteran forwards Captain James Hamblin with 33 points (14G, 19A) and Brett Kemp with 24 points (6G, 18A). After tonight’s battle with the Warriors, the Tabbies will host the Prince Albert Raiders on Saturday. Tigers vs. Warriors For the first time this season the Tigers will faceoff against the Warriors. Last year, these two hockey clubs met four times and the Tabbies boasted a 1-2-0-1 record against the Warriors with their only win coming December 5th, 2018, in overtime. Over the past five years Medicine Hat is 4- 6-1-1 overall against Moose Jaw and 2-3-0-1 when playing at home. The Tigers and the Warriors will meet again next Friday in Moose Jaw. View from Moose Jaw The Moose Jaw Warriors lost 4-0 to the Saskatoon Blades on Sunday and they will be looking to rebound tonight in Medicine Hat. The Warriors are 9-9-1-0 so far this season and they are led by 2021 NHL Draft Eligible Ryder Korczak with 29 points (8G, 21A) in 19 games played and 2019 Anaheim Ducks draft pick Brayden Tracey with 22 points (10G, 12A) in 12 games played.     PRESENTER BIOGRAPHIES MIKE CRAIG – Lethbridge Hurricanes (November 14) Now a current assistant coach of the WHL’s Lethbridge Hurricanes, Mike had a highly decorated Junior hockey career, including winning a Memorial Cup alongside Eric Lindros with the Oshawa Generals, as well as winning a World Junior gold medal with Team Canada twice. He was also a first round draft choice, 28th overall, by the Minnesota North Stars. Mike would go on to play 423 NHL games for the North Stars, Dallas Stars, Toronto Maple Leafs and San Jose Sharks, as well as 11 seasons in Europe. FRAN GOW – Hockey Alberta (November 28 and December 5) Fran is currently a Coach Mentor in Hockey Development for Hockey Alberta, as well as the Vice President of Hockey Operations for the Alberta Junior Hockey League. Most notably, Fran is one of only three coaches in AJHL history to coach 1,000 regular season games. He achieved this great feat while coaching the Fort McMurray Oil Barons, Grande Prairie Storm, and Drayton Valley Thunder. Fran won an RBC Cup with Fort McMurray in 2000. MATT WENINGER – Hockey Alberta (December 12) Matt is currently the Consultant for Hockey Alberta’s South Regional Centre. He played minor hockey in Lethbridge before moving on to play three seasons in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. He then accepted an NCAA Division I scholarship to St. Lawrence University, graduating as the school’s all-time leader in games played and saves, and was second in all- time wins and shutouts. His coaching career includes stops with Laurentian University (CIS), the University of Lethbridge (CIS), the Yorkton Terriers (SJHL), and extensive work for the Saskatchewan Hockey Association before joining Hockey Alberta.
