    Le Comité Départemental Olympique et Sportif de Seine-et-Marne (CDOS 77) est heureux de vous présenter, en ce début d’année 2015, son guide « 100% bleu ». Lancé en 2011, ce document réunit tous les seine et marnais sélectionnés en Equipe de France, soit pour les Championnats d’Europe ou du Monde, soit pour les variantes des Jeux Olympiques (comme les Jeux Méditerranéens, Jeux Mondiaux ou Jeux de la Francophonie). Notre objectif est simple : valoriser tous ceux qui ont porté haut les couleurs du 77, afin de mieux les connaître et de mieux les « supporter ». Dans ce « 100% bleu », les champions sont présentés ville par ville, avec des zooms sur les athlètes susceptibles d’être sélectionnés pour les prochains Jeux Olympiques 2016 (reconnaissable avec ce logo ). Par ailleurs un autre visuel permet d’identifier les athlètes qui ont reçu le Trophée de l’Espoir, récompense qui va fêter en 2015 son quart de siècle. Brazil and the Philippines will be represented for the first time in the figure skating event at Olympic Winter Games. The traditional fall event Nebelhorn Trophy was the ISU designated senior international figure skating qualifying competition as it was in 2009. Australia, Israel, Romania, Philippines, Ukraine, Italy earn Olympic spots for Men Athletes from Australia, Israel, Romania, Philippines, Ukraine and Italy earned the six Olympic spots for Men. Japan’s Nobunari Oda took the gold medal followed by Jason Brown (USA) and Jeremy Ten of Canada. Oda led after the Short Program with an excellent performance to “Cotton Club” that included the only quadruple toeloop of the day (87.34 points). The 26-year-old followed up with a quad-triple toeloop combination as well as seven more triple jumps in his Free Skating to “Wilhelm Tell” (175.64 points) and posted a new personal best total score of 262.98 points. “I was very focused on my first quad and when I landed it I felt relieved.

In Single and Pair skating all entered participants skate the Short Program. At the European Figure Skating Championships the best placed 20 Men and Ladies and 16 Pairs qualify for the final Free Skating. The Ice Dance competition starts with the Compulsory Dance, which all entered couples have to skate, the best 30 placed couples will continue the event with the Original Dance and at the European Figure Skating Championships the best 16 placed couples qualify for the final Free Dance GENERAL RULES ISU Championships are held in accordance with the International Skating Union (ISU) Regulations. The ISU Judging System used at the Figure Skating events is the one adopted by the 2004 ISU Congress. It is constructed as follows: 1. COMPETITIONS OFFICIALS Technical Panel The Technical Panel is composed of the Technical Controller, the Technical Specialist and the Assistant Technical Specialist, each one from different ISU Members (countries).
