Aggregates, GSB (Granular Size Base), Railway Ballast Now as the Market is unorganized, we at BKG are and washed M Sand etc. building channels for our Customers to buy easily BKG is striving to produce and deliver the nest M Sand and Aggregates without any hassle. & best quality of M Sand and best quality of total Aggregates that is much competent and more economical. Coarse Aggregate To achieve quality concrete, quality aggregate must be used as the base material. When high quality aggregates are used, we will get higher strength concrete with less cement and the nished product will have greater durability, which results in longer life, Using aggregates with superior engineering and mechanical qualities, such as low akiness index and cubical particle shape. Rounded aggregates because of lower surface area will have lowest water demand and also have lowest mortar paste requirement. Hence they will result in most economical mixture for concrete grades up to M 35. Remark: Flaky and elongated coarse aggregate particles not only increase the water demand but also increase the tendency of segregation. Flakiness and elongation also reduce the exural strength of concrete. Specications by Ministry of Surface Transport restrict the combined akiness and elongation to 30% by weight of coarse aggregates. M Sand M Sand means “Manufactured Sand”, obtained from specic natural granite (Quarry Stone) using the State of the art European technology. The ideal shape for M sand particles is cubic, Particle shape has become increasingly important to the concrete industry as it is the key factor inuencing quality and therefore concrete strength, when sand particles sit together tightly, resulting in fewer voids and need less water and less cement with higher compressive strength. Manufactured with technical Know –how, Design & Engineering, Plant & Machinery from the world leader “Sandvik Asia Ltd” having operations across the globe. Its numerous advantages over River Sand have made it a favorite for builders / domestic customers. M Sand & Aggregates Pvt. Ltd. From the comparison it can be observed that the nes content (ie; below 600 micron) is almost double, which give equilibrium between Cohesive Concrete & Non Cohesive Concrete. 2. River Sand Comes Under Zone-I Where as M Sand is strictly manufactured to Zone-II. The following tests are conducted regularly to maintain the quality of the product. 1) Sieve Analysis 2) Check the Particle Shape like Elongation & Flakiness etc 3) Moisture test 4) Workability (Slump test by Slump Cone Method) 5) Cube Test for Compressive strength The Quarry Material has also been tested by “Civil Aid Technologies“ Laboratary@Bangalore and “Sandvik Technology” Laboratary@Swedan, The results of test conducted on the samples supplied indicates that this rock is found to be suitable for manufacturing “M sand & Aggregates” as per IS 383 - 1970. And “M sand & Aggregates” produced at out plant, tested in Govt. of Karnataka, Department of P.W.P. & I.W.T. QA Sub Division Ballari, as per IS 383 - 2016 and IS 2386 - 1963 certied the material is suitable for building construction. PARTICLE SHAPE M Sand & Aggregates are in cubical shape as it is manufactured as per Swedish Technology of “Rock to Rock Hit” application which is synonymous to that of Natural process of river Sand formation. HIGH COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH Since the particles of M sand are uniformly cubical in shape and have different internal gradation, they ensure lower uncompacted voids as compared to that of river sand; this naturally lends the concrete higher compressive strength to withstand greater loads. GREATER DURABILITY M Sand has balanced physical and chemical properties, which increases its resistance to aggressive environmental and climatic conditions. This means that constructions using M Sand still looks best even after years and years of weathering the vagaries of nature. TRUCKLOADS OF ADVANTAGES M sand’s excellent quality offers you exactly what you have always wanted, enhanced durability, greater strength and overall economy, because even minimum10tons to maximum 50tons of load capacity vehicle is capable to lift the material from the site. OFFSETS CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS M Sand has optimum initial and nal setting time as well as excellent neness which will help to overcome the deciencies of concrete such as segregation, bleeding, honeycombing, voids and capillary. UNMATCHED ECONOMY M Sand offers great savings and helps in slashing over all material cost, unlike river sand, M sand contains no impurities which means there is absolutely no wastage and you get exactly quantity you paid for with its superior & excellent building strength and physical properties, ensures signicant reduction in the cement used in the concrete & masonry works, thus saving substantially on cement costs. EASY AVAILABILITY M sand is ever available to you when you need it and the supply guaranteed. Besides, With the Government contemplating ban on dredging of river beds to quarry river sand, as part of the growing concern for environment protection, M sand will be the only available option.
