Others GENERAL RULES Official language of the conference is ENGLISH, including abstracts and final papers and whatsoever form of scientific document (slides, oral presentation, posters, etc.) The Scientific/Organising Committees of the 7 universities are committed in promoting the conference by linking their relevant websites to the official Conference web site (managed by the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University). In order to guarantee the successful achievements expected by the Conference, it is extremely important to meet all the operative deadlines; thus each Local Committee is invited to pay a particular and sharp attention to those deadlines as well as to the harmonisation of all the tasks assigned. Scientific Committee of each co-organising university should be formed by experts who master the topics. Therefore each Scientific Committee is responsible for the selection and submission of the scientific papers for the participation at the Conference. REGISTRATION The registration form (attached), abstracts (detailed editorial requirements are included below) and full paper (suitable guidelines for the preparation of the final papers will be provided later) should be sent by e- mail to [email protected] Registration fee to the Conference includes: publication in paper and electronic form, meals, recreational program. Cost of travel and accommodation is not included in the registration fee. The organizers do not organize the journey and book hotels for participants of the conference (list of hotels will be provided at a later stage). The fee should be paid into the following bank account by June 25, 2017. Please submit all the information requested below according to the order given: Abstract Title format: Times New Roman 12, Bold Authors: Name, Surname, Institution of affiliation. Font: Times New Roman 11 3 keywords: Times New Roman 11 Text of abstract format (including the objective(s) of the paper and the originality of the research): Times New Roman 11, 1.5 spacing (max. 500 words) CONFERENCE TOPICS: please indicate in which one of the proposed main sessions your paper will be inserted.
