    Acknowledgments The Boise Parks and Recreation Department invited representatives of interest groups, agencies, private property and water rights holders to participate in the steering committee for the Boise River Resource Management and Master Plan project. The steering committee reflects the broad interests of the public. Its members identified issues, examined management choices, made policy choices and recommendations which will affect the Greenbelt path, the Boise River environment and future recreational opportunities.
