Drawing on historical references that Glaswegians have long preferred bigger, smokier whiskies, the high malt content (approx. 65%) is inspired by 100-year-old recipes.
FLAVOUR PROFILE Full, bold and smoky on the palate, Glasgow Blend unites the rich spice and fruitcake-like notes of Sherry cask ageing with the maritime punch of Islay malt whisky.
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS Wonderful poured into a tumbler or wine glass pre- or post-dinner, maybe with a splash of water. The added weight of Glasgow Blend will bring extra depth to whisky-based cocktails.

*For batches bottled from 2020, the proprietary ‘Highland Malt Blend’ used for Glasgow Blend comprises approximately 60% malt whisky from the Glen Moray Distillery, 25% malt whisky from the Tomatin Distillery, and 15% malt whisky from the Balmenach Distillery. The ’Highland Malt Blend’ in earlier batches used malt whiskies from the Clynelish, Teaninich and Dailuaine distilleries.
