Venue Vascular International Lucerne/Sarnen Courses and how to get there: The ‘European VASCULAR MASTERCLASS’ course will take place at the Vascular International Training Centre c/o Hotel Kurhaus am Sarnersee Wilerstrasse 35 CH-6062 Sarnen Location map By train Wednesday Morning June 23rd from Lucerne main station to Sarnen: The Kurhaus Shuttlebus will pick you up at Sarnen train station Arriving by car, you can park for free at the Hotel Kurhaus am Sarnersee. Important information about your registration The registration area will be open Wednesday June 23rd from 7.30 at the desk of Vascular International at the Hotel (Covid protection measures see attachment 3). The registration fee includes: • Course manual • Course material • Badge and Certificate • Coffee and tea breaks • Lunches on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at the Kurhaus Bistro All participants must wear the course identification badge. Entrance to course areas will not be granted to any person without a badge. Please bring your loupes if you have any. If you do not have loupes, there is nothing to worry about as you will benefit from the course in any case. 1 Certificate of Attendance You will receive a certificate of attendance after the course. The concept is based on the currently valid versions of the legal requirements of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG). • To all participants, tutors and industry partners: Testing for Covid-19 is mandatory for persons with no vaccination, no recent test (<3 Days) and no Covid infection in the past. Testing is available daily before the morning session. • A minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be maintained to all persons. Mouth and nose protection (mask) is mandatory if the necessary distance cannot be maintained. • The mask may only be taken off while seated with sufficient distance. • Tutors and participants are required to bring their own masks. If necessary, masks will be provided by VI. • Narrow corridors and toilets may only be entered with a few people and sufficient distance. • Hands must be disinfected when entering the building and the course rooms. • All persons are required to enter the building individually and avoiding queues. Information for convenors and tutors: Before the start of the course, the course instructor must point out the rules of conduct (keeping distance; break regulations; toilet facilities; hand disinfection...). • Regular ventilation of the rooms must be ensured (at least after 45 minutes for approx. 10 minutes). • Avoid walking around in the rooms. • The instructors inform the groups that even during breaks the rules of distance must be observed and that no large groups should be formed. This also applies to the smoking areas. • After the event, the table surfaces have to be cleaned with disinfection wipes. • VI is responsible for providing disinfectant. • The hygiene regulations must be displayed in the room. • VI keeps an attendance list for each event (name, first name, address, e-mail, mobile phone number).     MEDIENMITTEILUNG Ebikon und Sarnen, 22. November 2016 Fusion der Lungenliga Luzern-Zug und der Lungenliga Unterwalden zur neuen Lungenliga Zentralschweiz Am 22. November 2016 haben die Mitglieder der beiden Vereine Lungenliga Luzern-Zug und Lungenliga Unterwalden anlässlich einer außerordentlichen Generalversammlung in Sarnen der gemeinsamen Fusion zugestimmt. Nach rund einjähriger Vorbereitungszeit erfolgte der Zusammenschluss durch sehr grosse Zustimmung der Vereinsmitglieder. Der fusionierte Verein trägt den Namen Lungenliga Zentralschweiz und berücksichtigt die Kantone Luzern, Zug, Obwalden und Nidwalden. „In diesem Einzugsgebiet mit vier Kantonen werden die Patienten und die gesamte Bevölkerung zukünftig von einem einheitlichen, professionellen und umfangreichen Beratungs- und Betreuungsangebot profitieren können“, erläuterte Pius Segmüller zu Beginn der Versammlung. Pius Segmüller von Luzern ist Präsident der Lungenliga Zentralschweiz, welche ihren Geschäftssitz in Ebikon hat. Geschäftsführer ist Matthias Moritz aus Sarnen. Beide waren bereits in der früheren Lungenliga Luzern-Zug in diesen Funktionen tätig. Anlässlich der ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung wurden neu Dr. Philipp Stocker aus Sarnen und Urs Baumberger aus Stansstad in den Vorstand gewählt. Dr. Philipp Stocker war bis zum Zeitpunkt der Fusion bereits in der Lungenliga Unterwalden als Vorstandsmitglied im Amt. Er ist Leitender Arzt des Bereichs Pneumologie am Kantonsspital Obwalden und ein sehr erfahrener Facharzt in den Gebieten Lunge und Atmung. Mit Urs Baumberger konnte ebenfalls eine Persönlichkeit für den Vorstand gewonnen werden, die sich im Gesundheitswesen bestens auskennt. Urs Baumberger ist Spitaldirektor des Kantonsspitals Nidwalden und für den Vorstand der Lungenliga Zentralschweiz eine grosse Bereicherung. Im Gesamtvorstand nehmen weitere zehn Persönlichkeiten Einsitz, die alle eine starke Verankerung in den Kantonen Luzern, Zug, Ob- und Nidwalden haben. Auf diese Weise wird die Vernetzung und Kontaktpflege in die einzelnen Kantone auch in Zukunft gewährleistet sein.

April 2021 zurückgerufen und gelten somit nicht mehr als offizielles Zahlungsmittel. Sie behalten aber ihren Wert und können zeitlich unbefristet bei der Schweizerischen Nationalbank zum vollen Nennwert umgetauscht werden. Banknoten können direkt an einem Schalter der Schweizerischen Nationalbank umgetauscht werden. Die 8. Banknotenserie besteht aus folgenden Banknoten: Seite 1/3 27. Mai 2021 Merkblatt zum Umtausch von zurückgerufenen Banknoten Die Banknoten der 6. Banknotenserie wurden per 1. Mai 2000 zurückgerufen und gelten ebenfalls nicht mehr als offizielles Zahlungsmittel. Sie können ebenfalls unbeschränkt bei der Schweizerischen Nationalbank zum vollen Nennwert umgetauscht werden. Die 6. Banknotenserie besteht aus folgenden Banknoten: Banknoten früherer Serien (1. bis und mit 3. Banknotenserie, sowie die 5. Banknotenserie) wurden bereits früher zurückgerufen und können auch bei der Schweizerischen Nationalbank nicht mehr umgetauscht werden. Die 7. Banknotenserie war eine Reserveserie, welche nie herausgegeben wurde. 1. Umtausch am Schalter Die zurückgerufenen, aber noch umtauschbaren Banknoten können in der Schweiz direkt bei der Schweizerischen Nationalbank in Bern und Zürich sowie bei den Agenturen der Schweizerischen Nationalbank umgetauscht werden.
