The Netball Quad Series and Constellation Cup are the first part of the journey for the squad as they look ahead toward a top performance at the Netball World Cup in Liverpool next year. Netball New Zealand extends a warm welcome to the Australian Diamonds, England Roses and South Africa SPAR Proteas who always provide a fantastic spectacle and fierce challenge in the true spirit of the game. The sport of Netball in this country continues to create positive, strong and healthy role models at all levels from grassroots right through to on the world stage. Legacy plays a huge role for the Silver Ferns with our young talent aspiring to wear the black dress and be the next Maria Folau, Samantha Sinclair. Earlier generations have enjoyed the thrill of watching the likes of Dame Lois Muir, Sandra Edge and Irene van Dyk in action. As the Silver Ferns prepare to open a new chapter in that legacy, we look forward to all Netball fans joining us on the journey. One person doesn’t make a team, but a nation can.
