Drake’s ranking is also the highest for any Missouri State 12-4 16-11 MVC team since Missouri State appeared at No. 15 on March 13, 2001. Drake Wichita State 9-7 14-13 remained No. 22 in the latest USA Today Women’s Basketball Coaches Top 25 Southern Illinois 8-8 14-13 poll. The Bulldogs received 130 points in this week’s poll.. Indiana State 6-10 12-15 Bradley 6-11 10-18 Hanging A 100 Evansville 6-10 11-16 Drake scored 101 points against Illinois State on Feb. 10. It was the first time the Illinois State 4-13 7-21 Bulldogs scored 100 or more points on a MVC opponent since scoring 106 in a Loyola 1-15 2-25 win over former MVC member, Creighton, on Jan. 25, 1997. Drake nearly hit 100 points againast Bradley on Feb. 12 just missing the century mark with 98 points. 2016-17 MVC PRESEASON MVC POLL Had the Bulldogs hit 100 versus the Braves it would have been the first time since the 1980-81 season, a Drake team scored 100-plus points in consecutive games.
