Phillips, Commissioner ORDER On April 17, 2020, AT&T Michigan and the respective interconnecting companies filed joint applications to amend interconnection agreements in Case Nos. U-12627, U-15302, and U-16760; on April 21, 2020, AT&T Michigan and the respective interconnecting companies filed joint applications to amend interconnection agreements in Case Nos. U-14176, U-14398, and U-16121; and on April 22, 2020, AT&T Michigan and the respective interconnecting companies filed joint applications to amend interconnection agreements in Case Nos. U-13124 and U-15946. On June 16, 2020, AT&T Michigan and the respective interconnecting companies filed joint requests to withdraw the applications in all of these dockets based on the identification of errors in each application. The Commission finds that the requests to withdraw should be granted. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the June 16, 2020 joint requests to withdraw the applications filed in each of the above-captioned dockets between April 17 and April 22, 2020, are granted and the applications are withdrawn. Page 2 U-12627 et al. The Commission reserves jurisdiction and may issue further orders as necessary. Any party aggrieved by this order may file an action in the appropriate federal District Court under 47 USC 252(e)(6). To comply with the requirement to notify the Commission of an appeal, appellants shall send required notices to both the Commission’s Executive Secretary and to the Commission’s Legal Counsel.
