WHEREAS, (CMRS Provider) holds authority from the Federal Communications Commission to operate as a Arkansas, Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma and Wisconsin licensee to provide Authorized Services in the State(s), and
