It is better to book it online before (if you need help you can refer to the “Transportation” parton Blackboard). • FROM LILLE - LESQUIN AIRPORT: By taxi: the taxi stand is located close to the arrivals hall. It costs about 40€. By shuttle: the Shuttle stop is located opposite the Arrivals hall. Approximate travel time to reach Lille by shuttle: 20 minutes. The shuttle will drop you off in front of the main entrance of the Euralille shopping center – then from this place you can easily reach Lille Flandres metro station located at about 1 minute walk. A single ticket: 7€. From Lille Europe train station, the taxi stand is located on the same side as the Crowne Plaza hotel. By metro: take the line #2 (red one) towards CH Dron and get off at “Croix Mairie” metro station (it takes 15 minutes). Then the campus can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot. By tramway: take the tramway towards Roubaix (green line) and get off at “Parc Barbieux” tramway station. Then you will reach EDHEC Campus within 7 to 10 minutes..

Nous venons de vivre une année exceptionnellement dense et animée qui a été digne de l'importance de l'anniversaire commémoré. Plusieurs articles dans ce bulletin reviennent sur les Actualités manifestations organisées avec succès qui resteront dans la mémoire des Bouvinois et des nombreux visiteurs accueillis. L'agenda de 2015 s'annonce déjà bien chargé : construction de nouveau lotissement, choix du projet de zone d'activité, lancement de la dernière phase des travaux de l'église, préparation de l'arrivée de la fibre optique… Sans oublier ce qui fait notre spécificité : les nombreuses animations cultu- relles, festives, sportives et touristiques. Introduction: social inclusion policy at city level 1.1 Lille Urban Community and Roubaix Town The Lille Urban Community (LMCU) in northern France is the country’s fourth largest urban community in terms of population, after Paris, Lyon and Marseille. With some 1.09 million inhabitants, Lille Urban Community consists of its capital city, Lille, as well as 85 towns and villages. It is part of the Nord Department of France, and part of the Nord Pas de Calais region, which has a population of 4.02 million people. Lille Urban Community shares 84 kilometres of border with Belgium and forms part of a cross-border Euroregion of 1.8 million inhabitants. The Lille Urban Community deals with a variety of tasks including public transport, maintenance of roads, management of waste, economic development, cultural and sports facilities and providing support for major events. The overall socio-economic situation of the Lille Urban Community is close to the average for France, and is somewhat better than the overall average situation for the Nord Pas de Calais region. However, this hides great disparities between the numerous towns and villages within the Lille Urban Community. For example, in the area to the north of the city of Lille, the towns of Roubaix, Tourcoing and Wattrelos, as well as the Valley de la Lys, are experiencing significantly worse socio-economic conditions than the average. This study therefore focuses on Roubaix, one of the towns in the Lille Urban Community experiencing major problems of social exclusion.

LE CONTEXTE REGLEMENTAIRE 1.1 La directive européenne 1.2 L’application locale Cartographie strat égique du bruit de Lille Métropole Page 3 S e p t e m b r e 2011 1.1 La directive européenne Ses objectifs La directive n°2002/49/CE du 25 Juin 2002 instaure une approche commune au sein de l’Union Européenne relative à l’évaluation et à la gestion du bruit dans l’environnement. Cette démarche vise à éviter, prévenir ou réduire en priorité les effets nuisibles de l’exposition au bruit dans l’environnement. La directive a été transcrite en droit français par le décret 2006-361 du 24 mars 2006 et l’arrêté ministériel du 04 Avril 2006.
