Please find attached the details of the tour and we invite you to participate, whether it’s in one event or all 28 events. Review the attached documents and don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions. We are pleased to offer an $80,100.00 point fund for the Late Models this year. Again, five weekly point fund rewards with a total of $5,000.00 distributed to the top ten ($2,000.00 to the weekly point leader) as well as an overall point fund. With the support of the five weekly sponsors, the series ending point fund returns to $55,100 paying the top ten and $25,000 for the champion. Drivers can collect rewards for participating in all the events or one of the five weeks. Also, we are joining with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series again for the Friday June 28 and Saturday June 29 combined events. For your information….. This year’s schedule is 28 races in 32 days. If you win every Summer Nationals event, you will collect $235,000.00 - $200,000.00 in first place purse, $25.000.00 for first in the points title champion and $10,000 weekly first place. It will be important that you all have the decals on the cars to be eligible for this cash and product. Over $40,000.00 will be awarded in cash and products. Welcome to the Virtual Blog of the 2020 Mega Month of Money tour WEEK 5 Thursday July 9th to Wednesday July 15th Trev and the late Jason Johnson - Feb 2018 Kennedy Space Centre, Cape Canaveral - Florida tour 2012 Target Ganassi Indianapolis – Month of Money 2013 Page 1 of 9 Day 29 / Thursday July 9th We didn’t visit a cheese factory while in Wisconsin. After all, you need to leave something to do when you go back. We’d had a great time over the last five days, but it was now time to depart and go back down south into Illinois. After much soul searching, the chosen route for our 337 miles, six-hour journey to Springfield was a rather lacklustre drive. Apologies to anyone reading this who lives along Interstates 43 or 39. One of America’s favourite past times is arguing with your best friend or neighbour about what route to take when you’re driving long distance somewhere. There are so many choices and options that are possible, but every one of them will have some impediment that looms large in the mind of one of the debaters, but not at all to the other one. It’s actually good fun and it used to be standard procedure (pre-GPS units) in the days when road maps were indispensable for everyone. But not if you’re Stubb, the man with a mind like a steel trap. The night before he sets out, he grabs a pen and paper and sits down at the kitchen table and stares blankly into space for about 10 minutes.

  • Successful Racing Weekend for Toyota Across the Country
Successful Racing Weekend for Toyota Across the Country September 16, 2019 PLANO, Texas (September 16, 2019) – Five Toyota drivers claimed wins this weekend as Martin Truex Jr., Austin Hill, Richie Crampton, Ty Gibbs and Logan Seavey each added another victory to outstanding season- long performances. NASCAR Martin Truex Jr. scored his series-leading fifth NASCAR Cup Series win of the season on Sunday evening at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Truex started from 24th, but moved inside the top 10 before the end of the first stage. He recovered from a problematic pit stop and drove from 18th to win the second stage. However, it would not be easy from there, as Truex was passed for the lead shortly after the beginning of the final stage. Before the final pit stop, Truex started to gain on then-leader, Kevin Harvick. He told his crew chief, Cole Pearn, that if he tightened him up, he would have a shot at the win. Pearn did just that and Truex drove by Harvick with 20 laps to go to score the victory. “Biggest thing is just more Playoff points,” said Truex. “These next two weeks, we can try to get even more of those. That’s huge. Any Playoff points you get are going to help you get to Homestead. This package has been so tricky to figure out, you never know. Cole Pearn (crew chief) and the guys worked really hard this week to come here with something different. We took a bit of a gamble, but it worked out.” It was the 14th win of the year for Joe Gibbs Racing and Toyota in 27 events this season.

  • Duquoin State Fair "Magic Mile" Set for Labor Day Weekend Showdown
DuQuoin State Fair "Magic Mile" Set For Labor Day Weekend Showdown USAC, ARCA, & MODS to Pack the Stands in Traditional Event DuQuoin, IL - The staff of Track Enterprises is rolling into town for a huge Labor Day weekend of auto racing at the DuQuoin State Fair, in DuQuoin, IL. The Magic Mile at the Du Quoin State Fair will be hosting the USAC Silver Crown Series presented by Traxxas, the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards, and the UMP DIRTcar Modifieds. This year, action will be back to a Sunday-Monday program, as it was for many years. Racing begins on Sunday, September 3, as the USAC Silver Crown Series presented by Traxxas heads to the track to run in the Ted Horn 100. The resurgence of the Silver Crown Champ Cars was again evident at the Illinois State Fair event last weekend, as 40 cars were trackside. Unfortunately, some engine issues and crashes took the field down to 34 for the 100- mile race, but that's still more than a scheduled starting field. Another outstanding group is expected at DuQuoin next Sunday. Justin Grant claimed his first ever Silver Crown win in Springfield and will again be one of the favorites in DuQuoin. The Bettenhausen 100 saw a number of lead changes and great field parity. Drivers like Grant, Kody Swanson, Jerry Coons, Jr., and Brian Tyler were all threats. Throw in the veteran, Jeff Swindell, who started 28th and finished 3rd, and it was a great race. Chris Windom was last year's Ted Horn 100 winner.
