    Persistent Foundation Report 2013-14 About Persistent Foundation To institutionalize the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of Persistent Systems Limited (“the Company”) and to develop a systematic approach to administer the process of grant of donations, Persistent Foundation (the “Foundation”) was formed on October 29, 2008. The Foundation was registered with the office of the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Pune on March 21, 2009. Donations to the Foundation are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of Income Tax Act.
