Professional Profile PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Eric Williams Career Summary Director Mr. Williams is a Director in the Miami office of HFF with more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales. As a member of the Miami Investment Sales Group, he is primarily focused on the sale of retail assets located throughout the State of Florida. During the course of his career, Mr. Williams has been involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $4.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Williams joined the firm in October 2015. Prior to HFF, he worked in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was focused on investment sales of retail properties throughout the Southeast.
