The child sex ratio in Ahmednagar district was 852 as per 2011 census. Out of fourteen tahsils only in five tehsil have more than district’s average CSR but remaining ten tehsil have below district’s CSR. Out of 1462 villages in this taluka the child sex ratio (CSR) was found below 600 in 28 villages, the CSR found between 600 - 700 in 63 villages, in 237 villages the CSR was found between 700 – 800, while in the 468 villages the CSR was lies between 800 - 900 and above 900 CSR found in 666 villages in Ahmednagar district. Near about 55% villages have below 900 child sex ratio. Keywords: CSR, villages, boys, girls. Introduction There are various elements of population composition. Among these elements sex composition is important compassion and holds a prime place for social point of view. The balance between two sexes affects the social and economic relationship within a community. The profound effect of the proportion of the two sexes upon the other demographic elements like population growth, marriage rates, occupational structure etc. Therefore, bthe bstudy of sex ratio is very important. Various agricultural and governmental facilities available in the study area. Therefore, recently cropping pattern is change and day by day positive increased. Depending on the terrain, topography, slope, soils and availability of water for irrigation. Mostly, eastern part of the study area (Rajur, Samsherpur and Kotul circle) is concentrate in the rice crop because of these areas situated in the hilly and heavy rainfall. Separating grains of rice from husk by pounding and gathering medicinal plants are the small scale industries in study area. Only Akole circle have leading Sugarcane Cultivation and another crop is decreased rank. In case of overall change, the shift from food grains to sugarcane is noteworthy in areas facilities by perennial sources of irrigation. Objectives: 1. To study rice and sugarcane cultivation. 2. Farmers have adopt modern technology i.e. fruits and vegetables drip irrigation facility, variety seeds material, increasing use by composting biomass, improved planting technology and micro irrigation systems, crop loans, good network of transports and markets, agricultural advisory centers and also available facilities in the study area. Therefore, recently cropping pattern is change and day-by-day positive increased but eastern part of the study area is concentrate in the rice crop because of these areas situated in the hilly and heavy rainfall. It is observe that rice is the leading crops as is grown irrigated land. The next important crop is sugarcane another cereals, vegetable, fruit crops etc. grown by the irrigated land. It is quite interesting to note that almost all the farmers used high yielding varieties seeds of cereals and pulses. It is cultivated in 15,925 hectares of land, which accounts for 21.88% of gross cropped area. Vegetable is the next crop that is cultivated in 11,283 hectares recurring 15.50 % of total cropped area.
