Corporate Show AV Rider – 30 minute Show

The show involves 3 people: • Cosentino • Tour/Production Manager- Adam Cosentino 0403 575 766 • Dancer/Assistant – Panayiota Stavrou (Priscilla) • 6 cases for luggage at a total of 200kg. Excess luggage charges will be passed on.

LOAD -IN SCHEDULE: Cosentino to arrive 1½ hours prior to function starting to set up and do all sound and lighting checks.

STAGING: • Min 4m x 4m of CLEAR performance space • 2 sets of stairs (1 centre and 1 stage left) • Quick-change area. An offstage wing area stage left of 3m x 2m. Must be covered from audience to set up and store props • Clear path from performance area to quick change area (to be able to bring props on and off) • Table in quick change area for mixing desk • 1 x bar stool • 1 x medium size glass • 1 x tea cup saucer (provided in dressing room) • 1 x kettle for boiling water (provided in dressing room) • 2 x power points

AUDIENCE

SOUND CHECK: Must be completed no less than 45 minutes prior to doors opening. Sound requirements are as follows: • 1 x small mixing desk (onstage patch to FOH) - 16chnl Analogue • 1 x hand held cordless mic (shure Beta 58a) • 1 x head mic (must be double ears). Must be DPA 4088 • 1 x round base straight arm mic stand • 2 x sends left and right into mixer required • Appropriate cable between laptop and mixer • COMMS system

AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: Labour - • 1 x Console Operator/Technician to mix live camera feed • 1 x Cameraman Equipment - • Live camera feed required • Projection/LED Screens for Audience HD if Possible. Any alternatives/alterations to be approved by Production Manager.

AUDIO REQUIREMENTS: Labour - • 1 x Console Operator/Technician to monitor FOH and mics Equipment - • Line Array, Adamson, Meyer, VDOSC/DVDOSC/KUDO, EV, EAW, DB, System must be flown where possible. Providing 120db even coverage audience area, past mix control • Laptop Control of the show is run from backstage to FOH • Console_Digidesign Profile ~talkback to foldback/wedges and talkbox return from FB to FOH~ Klark DN360 FOH- CD-tape player • All drive racks and FX at face height and well lit • Production company to provide monitor rigger and FOH rigger • Clearcom to all parties

Any alternatives/alterations to be approved by Production Manager.

LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS: Professional lighting is essential please have a lighting technician for performance at the venue/performance area no later than 2 hours prior to function starting. There will be numerous basic lighting states. Labour - • 1 x Console Operator/Technician to Program and execute lighting states. • 1 x Follow spot Operator Equipment - • 1 x Follow spot either Tungsten or Colour corrected with L205 • 3 x Colour Front Wash to cover entire stage • No Colour • L132 • L164 • 2 x Source Four 26’ Profile backlights focused centre stage • 1 x Hazer (preferably DF50 or Robe 400) Any alternatives/alterations to be approved by Production Manager.

SHOW INTRODUCTION: Cosentino will provide a pre-written introduction that can be used.

DRESSING ROOMS: One (1) appropriate dressing rooms is to be provided as close to performance area as possible. • 4 x bath towels • 4 x hand towels • 4 x face towel • 1 x pump hand soap • 1 x full-length mirrors • 1 x couch • 4 x chairs • 1 x hanging rack • 2 x tables • access to power points

CATERING: • coffee and tea set up for 3 • 6 x cold water bottles • 6 x cold Red Bulls • 6 x cold Coke cans • 6 x cold Solo cans • 2 x Dr Pepper cans • 1 x fruit platter for (3) persons • 1 x mixed sandwich platter for (3) persons (no chicken or salmon) • 3 x meals for dinner (no chicken or salmon) Room should be stocked with glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, napkins and plates for up to (3) persons.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • There will be no food service during Cosentino’s performance. • 5min preset of stage with props is needed before they introduce Cosentino. Cosentino crew will give the all clear to start introduction. • All technicians in venue will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. • There will be sufficient time allocated for soundcheck and if necessary, a line- check prior to the performance. • There will be appropriate stage lighting provided for the performance.

• The performance will not be recorded in any form without the prior written permission by Cosentino’s management. • The stage will be large enough and high enough for the performance. • If outdoors, the stage will be protected from the elements. • Appropriate dressing rooms with mirrors and toilets will be provided. • Cosentino’s name and image will appear in advertising for the event where appropriate and all such material will be made available for approval by Cosentino’s management prior to publication etc.

1. NOTE: No FILMING or photos unless authorized by management – minimum of 48 hours prior to performance

2. MERCHANDISING: “The Artist”, shall have the sole and exclusive rights, but not the obligation, to sell merchandise in the form of programs, T-Shirts, and associated merchandise, at the performance at no cost whatsoever to “The Artist”. “The Purchaser”, shall be responsible for preventing any other person, firm, company or corporation from selling such merchandise anywhere within or outside the place of performance. “The Purchaser”, shall have no rights whatsoever to sell merchandise featuring the likeness of “The Artist”, within or outside the place of performance.

The Client also agrees to provide the following for Cosentino and his team: 1. All insurances, security, backstage refreshment riders, staging, backline, audio and lighting equipment to RCM's requirements (as per specifications and lists supplied). Note: Items that can't be provided according to our specifications must be advised in writing to Cosentino’s management.

These production specs will provide the highest quality Cosentino performance. All substitutions can and must be discussed with Management and Production contacts above.
