DAILY THEMES 1. Monday - Music and Texas Crafts 2. Tuesday - Texas Sports Teams 3. Wednesday - Texas School Pride 4. Thursday– Culture - History 5. Friday– Culture - Party Texas Style TIPS FOR THE WEEK:

The activity plan should highlight how each day we will celebrate a part of what makes Texas great. Monday will start with a music artist and Texas crafts. We will prepare for Tuesday by discussing different Texas higher education programs and encourage the kids to talk to their parents about college. We will ask them to wear their favorite colors for their college team and continue with crafts. Each day has a subject that the kids can then go home and ask their parents for input. We will conclude with a Texas size celebration on Friday.

Remember to work in other components such as Opening & Closing Ceremonies, Reflection, Crew Service and Goal Setting.
