Hopefully, you will have noticed the beginning of the changes to our organization that I discussed in Vancouver in 2017. This Annual Review highlights some of the initiatives we have had underway since our last meeting. We are seeking to improve our industry for our members and guide issues that impact our businesses and activities relating to tantalum and niobium.
