Wandsworth Bridge SW18 – Works continue on the refurbishment of Wandsworth Bridge. The on footway cycle tracks are currently closed in order for pedestrians to use, due to the hoarding encroaching onto the footways both sides. There is a temporary, on carriageway, northbound cycle lane and the southbound bus lane has been widened to facilitate buses and cycles. The scope of work has recently been increased due to some additional critical works being identified on the structure and as a result the programme has been extended. Expected completion date end of Feb 2022. Contact: Sam Emmett 0208 871 6668. Hammersmith Bridge is closed indefinitely due to safety concerns. ADVANCED WARNING Garratt Lane SW18 will have the following restrictions in place between 07:00 and 22:00 on the days specified. - Southbound directional closure from the junction with Wandsworth High Street to the junction with Courthouse Way, Saturday and Sunday only (16th and 17th October).

- There will be a bus lane suspension from the junction with Wandsworth High Street to opposite Courthouse Way, Monday to Friday only (18th October to 22nd October). Contact: Compass Infrastructure, 07867 970 797.
Old York Road SW18 will be closed from the junction with Ferrier Street to the entrance of the old Homebase for refurbishment works to the railway bridge. These works are scheduled to start on 11/10/2021 and are due to end on 24/12/2021. Contact: Dyer & Butler, 07717 861 401.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES To aid with social distancing a number of road closures have been implemented in the borough as follows: Old York Road SW18 is closed from Swandon Way to Ferrier Street until further notice. Northcote Road SW11 will be closed from the junction with Battersea Rise to the junction with Broomwood Road every weekend until further notice.

All utility companies have to prioritise works across our borough as well as other boroughs in south London. The Network Management team actively monitors works on the public highway and works closely with utility companies to minimise disruption as much as possible as well as looking for opportunities to work collaboratively.
