17 M/s. Legato Health Technologies LLP was issued LOA No. 9/396/SEZ/HYD/2018 dated 25.05.2018 for setting up unit in an area admeasuring 51,191 sq. ft. on 10th Floor of Tower 2, M/s. Laxmi Infobahn Pvt. Ltd, SEZ for IT/ITES at Sy. No. 107 (P), Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Telangana. The unit commenced operations on 03.12.2018 and the LOP is valid upto 02.12.2023.

The unit vide its letter dated 12.03.2019 has stated that they have signed an LOI with the above Developer for the purpose of expanding their unit by an area of 51,191 sq. ft. on 10 th Floor, Tower 2 in the above SEZ.

The unit has projected exports for Rs. 370.15 Crores, FE outflow for Rs. 14.84 Crores, NFE for Rs. 355.31 Crores, Employment of 430 and Investment of Rs. 35.08 Crores.

The Developer has provided the letter of intent to that effect.

The unit has requested this office to allow them to test/work meanwhile at the additional office space as the project is ready.

VSEZ vide letter 02.04.2019accorded approval for expansion of your SEZ unit in an area of 51,191 sq. ft. on 10th Floor, Tower 2 in the above SEZ subject to ratification from the Approval Committee in its next meeting.

The Co-Developer vide his letter dated 3.4.2019 has stated that they have appointed M/s. Almech-Alcob LLP, Sy. No. 56/1, Jalpally Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana as a Contractor for supply of Finished Glazed Panel from outside of the SEZ.

18 The above Contractor agreed to send Finished Glass Panel to their SEZ Co-Developer site and Glass will be procured by them under exemption basis and will sent material to the above mentioned Contractor to prepare finished glazed panel, which is situated 36 Kms from the site in the Non-SEZ area from the Co-Developer construction site in terms of Rule 41 (3) of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Contractor will procure Aluminium, Gasket, Sealant, MS Brackets and other hardware items with payment of GST.

Further, they undertake that:

1) To bring back the finished goods (i.e., Finished glazed Panel) into the SEZ site within 120 days of the permission granted by us 2) They will monitor the preparation of Finished glazed Panel without any misuse of material 3) They will maintain separate records and registers for as a representation of the inventory at the Contractor site showing the opening stock and closing stock

The Co-Developer has also stated that they undertake to follow the conditions set by our office and maintain the accountability of the goods procured and sent out of SEZ for processing. They would also provide the details of the waste arising due to such processing and arrange to clear the waste as per the provisions of SEZ Act and Rules thereof.

The above units vide their letter dated 5.4.2019 has stated that they have been accorded permissions for setting up 3 units in the above SEZ.

Now, the above units i.e., u-1 and u-3 has stated that the creation and sharing of infrastructure (cafeteria and server room) is sought is accordance with the provision of Rule 27 (5) of SEZ Rules, 2006.

1) Sharing of Cafeteria:

High Radius has two units i.e., unit-1 and unit-3 on 5th Floor of Block-3 and the cafeteria area admeasuring 4,580 sq. ft. of unit-1 and 717 sq. ft. of u-3 are adjacent to each other. They are yet to move into this unit and the renovation work is going on.

In order to have better efficiency in operation and to avoid running two separate cafeterias, they intend to have a common and larger cafeteria by including both the cafeterias. They will ensure the following precautions:

a) Each employee belonging to a particular unit would be allowed access to his/her unit and the common cafeteria only b) HighRadius will set up control and monitoring mechanism through electronic access control at all entry/exit points of cafeteria c) They have clear accounting processes to book each unit’s cost relating to cafeteria services.

They seek approval from the esteemed committee to permit a common cafeteria and allow employees of both units i.e., unit-1 and unit-3 to have access to it.

2) Sharing of Network Infrastructure:

High Radius has two units i.e., unit-1 and unit-3 on 5th Floor of Block-3 and in order to optimize the resources and to have better control over data transmission, their management has decided to route all the network traffic towards internet and intranet services for all the user machines/end points/devices through the firewalls placed in Server Room-1.

Server Room-1 comprises of the following:

i. Internet Leased Lines (ILL) ii. Firewalls iii. Networking Equipment’s iv. Servers

Server Room-1 shall be installed at unit-3 and the same shall be shared by unit-1.

M/s. Birlasoft (India) Ltd was issued LOA No. 9/250/SEZ/HYD/2014 dated 1.10.2014 for setting up unit in an area admeasuring 70,300 sq. ft. in M/s. TSIIC Ltd, IT/ITES SEZ at Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. The unit commenced operations on 2.3.2015 and the LOA is valid upto 1.3.2020.

The unit vide its letter dated 18.03.2019 has stated that M/s. Birlasoft (India) Ltd has been merged with their company as per the provisions contained in Section 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Scheme of Amalgamation has been approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench from the Appointed Date of 1.1.2019 (copy enclosed).

The above unit was accorded change of name of the unit to M/s. KPIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd vide VSEZ letter of even number dated 12.3.2019.

They wish to submit that further to the merger, they have received the name change permission from Registrar of Companies from M/s. KPIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd to M/s. Birlasoft (India) Ltd

Pursuant to the approved Scheme of Amalgamation, all the assets and liabilities along with all rights, obligations, licenses, registrations etc. shall be transferred to M/s. KPIT Technologies Limited.

27 M/s. Amazon IT Services (India) Pvt. Limited was issued LOA No. 9/270/SEZ/HYD/2015 dated 5.3.2015 for setting up unit in M/s. TSIIC Limited, IT/ITES SEZ at NanakramgudaVillage, SerilingampallyMandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. The LOA is valid upto 4.3.2020.

The unit vide its letter dated 1.4.2019 has stated that their SEZ unit would be ready for use by May, 2019. The building is 3 million sq. ft. in size, of which 1.2 million sq. ft is earmarked for Car Parking and 1.8 million sq. ft. for office space. The building has been built in accordance with plans approved by TSIIC. The building has a capacity to provide office space for 12,000 employees in a single shift. Similarly, the building has a capacity to park 2500 four wheelers and 3000 two wheelers at a time.

While deciding the entry and exit points for the campus, they conducted a traffic survey, keeping in mind the following:

a) Local traffic density; b) Ease with which employees could enter and exit the building c) Minimize the traffic congestions d) Prevent Amazon cabs from parking on roadside. The campus location is in the midst of large Software IT parks like WaveRock, Virtusa, Hitachi, Honeywell etc with thousands of employees. All these employees login and logout at the same time using cabs, private cabs, buses to commute. This was considered as one of the key factors while determining number of entry and exit points to the Amazon campus.

Accordingly, the campus has 2 main gates – one each for Visitors, Materials as mentioned below and third a set of 8 gates for employee transportation.
