Phone Nos: 040-24740107 (o); 040-24740592(f) Complaint No.9978 /CIC/2018 Dated: 31-7-2019 Complainant : Sri Papalal Singh, Hyderabad Respondent : The Public Information Officer (U/RTI Act, 2005) / The Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar Division, Pillar No.167, Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District O R D E R Sri Papalal Singh, Hyderabad has filed a Complaint dated 04-07-2018 which was received by this Commission on 04-07-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / The Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar Division, Pillar No.167, Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 28-01-2014 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. The Public Information Officer has not furnished the information to the Complainant. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 31-7-2019. On 31-7-2019 the case is called. The Complainant is present. The PIO / Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendranagar Division is absent. TSIC The complainant submitted that he sought entire file bearing No.A3/6564/64 and C.No.G/2847/2009 relating to Sy.No. 40 and 41 of Gandiguda Village of Shamshabad Mandal, as his name is deleted from PT record. He further submitted that the PIO has furnished information with regard to file No.2487 of 2009 which is irrelevant to him. He further submitted that the PIO / Deputy Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal informed that the file No. A3/6564/64 is not readily traceable. The representative of the PIO appeared before the Commission after the hearing is over. She filed written affidavit of the PIO to the effect that available information in file No.G/2847/2009 was furnished to the complainant on 27-08-2018. With regard to File no.A4/6564/1964, she submitted that as per the classification of file number, the said file does not pertain to their office. The Commission directs the PIO to make a thorough verification of record and furnish the available and held information within two weeks. With the above direction, the Complaint is closed. (a): There were 7 Central Government Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and 12 State/Private Sector SEZs prior to the enactment of the SEZs Act, 2005. In addition, 416 proposals for setting up of SEZs in the country have been accorded formal approval under the SEZ Act, 2005. Presently, 351 SEZs are notified, out of which 232 SEZs are operational. The location-wise details of 232 operational SEZs is at Annexure-I.
