Patrick, age 39 of Marysville with possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger in the vehicle, Stephanie R. Andrews, age 28 of Marysville was arrested for an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Tri County Regional Jail and a report was taken, #21-0458. 5/23/2021 05:30 Dispute A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Fels Boulevard to investigate a dispute between two roommates. No report was taken. 5/23/2021 07:22 Injury Crash A deputy and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of State Route 347 and Wolford Maskill Road for an injury crash involving two vehicles. The State Patrol investigated the crash. 5/23/2021 08:48 Injury Crash A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Hoskins Road to investigate an injury crash involving a bicycle that crashed when a dog ran out in front of him. The owner of the dog, Timothy L. Lamkin, age 55 of Richwood was charged with failure to confine a dog. A report was taken, #21- 0459. 5/23/2021 09:32 Identity Theft A deputy was sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Miller Road to investigate possible identity theft. No report was taken. 5/23/2021 10:18 Theft / Foot Pursuit Deputies were dispatched to a residence on East State Street in Milford Center to investigate the theft of a vehicle and a wallet. During the investigation, the suspect fled the scene and a foot pursuit ensued. The suspect was caught and identified as Macee R. Neubauer, age 20 of Richwood. Neubauer was arrested for an outstanding warrant and resisting arrest. She was transported to the Tri County Regional Jail and two reports were taken, #21-0460 and #21-0461. 5/23/2021 12:32 Theft A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate an attempted theft from a vehicle. No report was taken. 5/23/2021 14:09 Property Damage Crash A deputy responded to the intersection of Watkins Road and Buxton Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Civic that struck a trailer being pulled by a 2019 Dodge Ram truck. The driver of the Dodge, Ronald E. Branom, age 76 of Marysville, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield when turning left. A crash report was taken, #80- 21-192. 5/23/2021 14:25 Theft Deputies met with a resident from the 30000 block of Alder Road to investigate the theft of prescription medication. A report was taken, #21-0463. 5/23/2021 16:57 Property Damage Crash A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Lincoln Road near Middleburg Plain City Road involving a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was struck by another vehicle.
