Cobertura Temática Ciencia Política y Relaciones Internacionales Público al que se dirige La revista Perspectivas Internacionales está dirigida a los profesionales de la Ciencia Política y las Relaciones internacionales, así como aquellos de disciplinas afines que estén interesados en contribuir con sus aportes 7 a los debates contemporáneos de estas dos disciplinas. De igual forma, la publicación está dirigida a investigadores (as), académicos (as), docentes, estudiantes de postgrados y gestores (as) del campo de conocimiento en general. Periodicidad Semestral Orientaciones para los Autores La revista Perspectivas Internacionales publica artículos que se ajusten a las normas establecidas por el Comité Editorial en cuanto a los aspectos de contenido y forma; los cuales a su vez, tienen en cuenta los estándares establecidos por el Departamento Administrativo de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación en Colombia- Colciencias para las publicaciones científicas. Acorde con ello, se publican únicamente artículos puestos a consideración de manera independiente que constituyan una obra original. Por original se entiende que los autores contribuyen VOLUMEN 10 NÚMERO 2 AGOSTO - ENERO - 2 directamente al contenido intelectual del documento, por tanto se encuentran en condiciones de hacerse públicamente responsables de él, aceptando así que su nombre figure en la lista de autores. Sumado a ello, debe ser también inédito, es decir, no haber sido previamente publicado bajo ninguna modalidad en ninguna otra revista científica, nacional o extranjera, ni en ningún sitio o portal electrónico. Los artículos enviados deberán enmarcarse en las siguientes tipologías: 1. Artículo de investigación científica y tecnológica. Documento que presenta, de manera detallada, los resultados originales de proyectos terminados de investigación. La estructura generalmente utilizada contiene cuatro apartes importantes: introducción, metodología, resultados y conclusiones. 2. Artículo de reflexión. Documento que presenta resultados de investigación terminada desde una perspectiva analítica, interpretativa o crítica del autor, sobre un tema específico, recurriendo a fuentes originales. 8 3. Artículo de revisión. Documento resultado de una investigación terminada donde se analizan, sistematizan e integran los resultados de investigaciones publicadas o no publicadas, sobre un campo en ciencia o tecnología, con el fin de dar cuenta de los avances y las tendencias de desarrollo. Se caracteriza por presentar una cuidadosa revisión bibliográfica de por lo menos 50 referencias. Proceso de recepción y evaluación de artículos La revista Perspectivas Internacionales recibe artículos científicos. A todos los autores se les dará oportuna cuenta tanto de la recepción como de la aceptación o no de sus trabajos. Primera etapa: Recepción de los artículos Los artículos serán recibidos por correo electrónico dentro de los tres primeros meses de cada período semestral (Enero-Marzo; Julio- Septiembre). Solo a razón de eventos Extraordinarios se recibirán artículos fuera del término establecido. REVISTA PERSPECTIVAS INTERNACIONALES Con el acuse de recibo por parte del Coordinador Editorial, se enviará un documento titulado Carta de Originalidad y Cesión de Derechos de Autor, en el cual el autor asevera que: 1. El artículo enviado es original. 2. El artículo enviado es inédito. 3. Desde el momento de recepción se firma la cláusula de exclusividad. Dicho trabajo no puede ser enviado a otras revistas mientras no se decida por parte del comité editorial y editor su publicación, y termina en el momento en que dichas autoridades convengan en su NO aprobación. 4. No existen conflictos de intereses en relación con el contenido, resultados o conclusiones del artículo. 5. Que en caso de ser publicado el artículo, el autor trasfiere todos los derechos a la Revista Perspectivas Internacionales, para que de forma exclusiva reproduzca, publique, edite, fije, comunique y transmita públicamente, en cualquier forma o medio el artículo 9 del que trata esta carta, así como su distribución física, electrónica para fines científicos, culturales, de difusión y sin fines de lucro. Sin el permiso expreso de la Revista no podrá reproducirse ninguno de los materiales publicados en la misma. However, a comprehensive definition, which is generally accepted, does not yet exist in the literature. In this paper, through a systematic literature review, analysis, and coding, a comprehensive definition, and also, an inclusive framework is presented for the sharing economy. This can help scientists and businesses to clarify which companies or parts of their activities fall into the SE category, and which do not. Such clarification in a small scale is done for five companies at the end of the paper. Members of the diplomatic staff are the members of the staff of the mission having diplomatic rank. These persons, with the exception of those identified by asterisks, enjoy full immunity under provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. Pertinent provisions of the Convention include the following: Article 29 The person of a diplomatic agent shall be inviolable. He shall not be liable to any form of arrest or detention. The receiving State shall treat him with due respect and shall take all appropriate steps to prevent any attack on his person, freedom, or dignity. Article 31 A diplomatic agent shall enjoy immunity from the criminal jurisdiction of the receiving State. He shall also enjoy immunity from its civil and administrative jurisdiction, except in the case of: (a) a real action relating to private immovable property situated in the territory of the receiving State, unless he holds it on behalf of the sending State for the purposes of the mission; (b) an action relating to succession in which the diplomatic agent is involved as an executor, administrator, heir or legatee as a private person and not on behalf of the sending State; (c) an action relating to any professional or commercial activity exercised by the diplomatic agent in the receiving State outside of his official functions. -- A diplomatic agent’s family members are entitled to the same immunities unless they are United States Nationals.

    United States Department of State Diplomatic List Fall 2020 Preface This publication contains the names of members of the diplomatic staff of all missions and their spouses. Members of the diplomatic staff are those mission members having diplomatic rank. These persons, with the exception of those identified by asterisks, enjoy full immunity under provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. Pertinent provisions of the Convention include the following: Article 29 The person of a diplomatic agent shall be inviolable. He shall not be liable to any form of arrest or detention. The receiving State shall treat him with due respect and shall take all appropriate steps to prevent any attack on his person, freedom, or dignity. Article 31 A diplomatic agent shall enjoy immunity from the criminal jurisdiction of the receiving State. He shall also enjoy immunity from its civil and administrative jurisdiction, except in the case of: (a) a real action relating to private immovable property situated in the territory of the receiving State, unless he holds it on behalf of the sending State for the purposes of the mission; (b) an action relating to succession in which the diplomatic agent is involved as an executor, administrator, heir or legatee as a private person and not on behalf of the sending State; (c) an action relating to any professional or commercial activity exercised by the diplomatic agent in the receiving State outside of his official functions. -- A diplomatic agent’s family members are entitled to the same immunities unless they are United States Nationals.
