The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62, 63 and 64] ______

ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — BETWEEN THE TOWN OF AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CORMAN PARK NO. 344 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Martensville has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 and the Town of Martensville be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Martensville; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Town of Martensville shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 38, Range 5, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the following portions of Section 21: (a) Parcel B, Plan 84S37698 in the South‑West Quarter; and (b) all of Legal Subdivisions 5 and 6, EXCEPTING the road shown on Plan No. FN33 adjoining the road allowance lying immediately west of Section 21; (2) the South‑West Quarter of Section 27; (3) all of Section 28, EXCEPTING the road shown on Plan No. FN33 adjoining the road allowance lying immediately west of Section 28; (4) the following portions of Section 29: (a) Parcel No. 164323650 (Parcel A), Plan 101970299 in the South‑East Quarter; (b) Parcel No. 117358476, Plan FN33 in the South‑East Quarter; (c) Parcel No. 117552180, in the North‑East Quarter; (d) Parcel No. 117387478, Plan FN33 in the North‑East Quarter; and (5) the following portions of Section 33: (a) that portion of the South‑East Quarter lying south and west of Parcel A, Plan 62S15554; and (b) Legal Subdivision 3. Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. ______

CORRECTION ORDER — REGARDING THE ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE TOWN OF TISDALE AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF TISDALE NO. 427 It has been determined that the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Town of Tisdale and the Rural Municipality of Tisdale No. 427 contained a misdescription. Pursuant to section 64 of The Municipalities Act: 64(1) No misnomer, misdescription or omission in an order made pursuant to section 64 suspends or impairs in any way the operation of this Act with respect to the matter misnamed, misdescribed or omitted and the minister may, by order, correct that matter at any time. (2) A correction order made pursuant to subsection (1): (a) is effective on the date specified in the correcting order; and (b) may be retroactive to the date of the original order. AS SUCH, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The misdescription contained in the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Town of Tisdale and the Rural Municipality of Tisdale No. 427 is corrected by replacing Schedule A and Schedule B as attached. This Order shall be retroactive to February 5, 2009.
