Fourth Precinct Stadium ()

Qatar has earned the right to act as the host nation for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and the entity responsible for execution of the development plan in accordance with its bid to FIFA is the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC).

Given the uniqueness and attractiveness of the Site, the SC has decided to engage in a public- private partnership arrangement for the Stadium Project and issued a RFP to potential developers on 5th May 2016 to submit their Proposals for investment and development of the Project on BOT basis.

We, Allied Group were one of the developers invited by the SC to submit our proposal and on the basis of our impressive concept plans; we were short listed as one of the 3 selected bidders by SC. Allied Group Trading & Contracting W.L.L.

Fourth Precinct Stadium (Ras Abu Aboud)

SC has allocated a plot measuring 809,000 SQM in Ras Abu Aboud Area for the development. The development is comprised of two (2) main aspects.

Stadium: A plot measuring 156,000 SQM from development has been allocated for construction of a stadium to accommodate at least 40,000 spectators. The stadium will have a field developed as per FIFA regulations for a world cup football pitch. The stadium can be converted in to any commercial or entertainment facility post FIFA 2022 world cup. Collateral Developments: 653,000 SQM from the overall development is allocated for Collateral developments, where the developer is free to construct commercial, residential units, etc. to generate maximum revenues without altering overall intention of the project.
