The open plan living areas, compact kitchens, sloped ceiling bedrooms and individual patio gardens with BBQ’s offer everything you need for your holiday. The gites can accommodate from 2 to 17 (+cots) in total and are ideal for individual parties or friends and family wanting to holiday together, but offering their own space when required. An ideal location for families with small children. From St. Malo, take the N137 direction Rennes, then follow signs to Combourg. Follow signs for Fougères/Mont St. Michel. We are on the D83 half a kilometer out of Cuguen, on the left hand side. From Caen, take the A84 motorway to the junction with Pontaubault direction Pontorson. From Cherbourg, head south to Pontorson. From Pontorson, take the D90 signed Combourg, through Trans -Le Foret. After Trans-Le Foret take the D83 to Cuguen. We will be on the right hand side. From Roscoff, Take the D58 to Morlaix, follow the N12 to Lamballe, N176 to Dinan. Then take the D794 from Dinan, to Combourg (then see above). From Dinard, cross ‘Le Barrage’ on the D168, direction St Malo, then take the N137 South, direction Rennes then directions as from St. Malo (above). From Rennes, take the N137 North, direction St Malo, take the turn off marked Combourg, through Combourg, follow the signs marked for Fougères/Mont St Michel. We are on the D83 about half a KM outside of Cuguen, on the left hand side. Look out for our signs and flags! Prices are charged per week, per gîte, and are inclusive of gas, water, electricity and tax de sejour. Cots, highchairs and baby bath are available at no extra charge. Linen is not included but is available to hire at 15 euros per person, per week (not towels). We are able to help obtain discounted ferry crossings, please enquire. Terms and conditions The customer agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental The property is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by the owner/agent to the customer. To reserve the property the customer should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with a deposit of 25% for each week (non –refundable). Deposits for short breaks vary according to number of nights. Following receipt of booking form and deposit, the owner/agent will send/e-mail a confirmation. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If this is not received we will contact you, before possibly canceling your booking and retaining your deposit. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday, must be paid for in full at the time. In the event of cancellation after the 8 weeks prior to arrival, cancellation charges will be full rental. We therefore strongly recommend taking out insurance now to cover this eventuality. Prices stated in Euros are accurate at time of publication, but could have since changed. We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices due to fluctuations in the exchange rates. The rental period shall commence at 4.00pm on the first day and finish at 10.00am on the last day, (unless prior arrangements have been made). The maximum to reside in the property must not exceed the number stated in the brochure and web site, unless by prior arrangement Rental is inclusive of gas, water, electricity. tax de sejour of 0.66 c per adult per night (over 16) is payable on site Linen is not provided, but is available to rent at an additional charge of 12 euros per person per week if required (not towels) Gites have duvets and pillows provided. Cot, high chair, baby bath and buggy are available on request. Use of the shared swimming pool is entirely at the customers own risk and the owners can not be held responsible for any accidents.
